The experience started out wonderful. To be honest I was disappointed in my service visit - I went for an alignment especially for my rear tires. When the service advisor gave me the test results of before and after there was zero change in th went for an alignment especially for my rear tires. When the service advisor gave me the test results of before and after there was zero change in the camber which rated from 1.6 to -.3. I asked why and the advisor said because it was within range, I could visually see the tire wearing badly on the inside of both rear tire "thats why I went in for an alignment in the first place". I asked them to do the rear to more in the middle values and was told I would have to wait another 45min - it ended up being almost two hours later and I could see my car on the alignment rack - no one touched it for almost an hour. Poor customer service!!! More

I don’t recommend this dealership anymore, sadly. We used to get great service here for 10+ years (both purchasing, trading in, and vehicle maintenance), but this last experience was TERRIBLE on so m We used to get great service here for 10+ years (both purchasing, trading in, and vehicle maintenance), but this last experience was TERRIBLE on so many levels. Worth reading in full if you’re thinking of working with this company! We went to purchase a used 3 yr old vehicle less than 2 weeks ago. Was told a 139 pt inspection was completed on it, but I discovered a large gash in one of the tires (would’ve been a big safety issue!) while still on the lot - they obviously missed this! They did agree to replace all tires, however they did not replace with new tires - these were slightly used but at least better. We asked to see the 139 pt inspection details, as we were worried if they missed this, they probably missed other things… and it had several items that were checked as ‘N/A’ (basic items, like coolant checked) - when we questioned why that wasn’t checked, we were then told by the sales manager that not all items are included… so basically it’s more like a 120 pt inspection - The advertised 139 point inspection is very deceiving! During all this, we had also applied for pre-approval credit via their website. No one contacted us a day later - I called to ask what happened with our application, told I could only talk to the sales person, who in turn told them to call me back - ridiculous and poor service! Lady who finally called gave me an outrageous high rate for a loan and said it’s the best she had (we put quite a bit down plus have high credit scores!) - I said no thanks and applied through a local bank and got better… told another finance person at the dealership why we weren’t using their options, and they said I was given incorrect rates by the first gal and they actually could get us much better! WHAT?! This is as a big waste of my time of searching around for other financing options, when it wasn’t needed, all because they don’t have their act together to COMMUNICATE with each other! Then we noticed the vehicle still had not been detailed after asking the sales person TWICE to have it completed before we took ownership. There were crumbs in and under all the seats (from the previous owners), and spilled drink remnants on the door and some sides of the seats. The sales person assured us it was completed, we checked again, and it still wasn’t done. We literally had to ask THREE times to get the vehicle detailed before it was finally done. The sales person was absolutely no help. After all this, if you can believe it, we did end up purchasing the vehicle. I wanted to believe it was all put right finally, when we drove off the lot. This was not so. They called my husband 5 days later, asking him to send proof of his current address (same as mine!)… even though we had pointed out the address was wrong for him on the initial loan documents before signing, and they said it was no big deal, they would fix it on their end… apparently that wasn’t so. 8 days after purchasing this vehicle, my husband picks my daughter and I up from the airport at 12am IN THIS VEHICLE… We were exhausted after a delayed flight and ready to get home… however, three minutes from pulling out of the airport, all the engine lights go on, the engine completely lost power, and we barely made it into a parking lot, where we then had to manually push the vehicle in neutral into a spot to get it out of the way. This so-called ‘highly inspected’ 3 yr old vehicle that we had JUST purchased from THIS DEALERSHIP completely broke down on us in the middle of the night, away from home. We had to leave the vehicle there, let the dealership know what happened the next morning, they towed it, gave us a loaner, and we haven’t heard back from them for 3 days now. I literally have no idea what is happening and I worry they will still not fix this correctly. I will update this review if they make this right with us. At least we have a decent loaner for now. We came into Apple Valley Ford for an oil change and Rick did everything possible to make it an enjoyable experience. Good treats in the waiting room too! Cashiers were upbeat and efficient.
