Over a 3 month period I have test driven and worked with upwards of 10 dealers. This was by far the most satisfying experience. I was test driving used trucks trying to find a vehicle that I liked. Ch upwards of 10 dealers. This was by far the most satisfying experience. I was test driving used trucks trying to find a vehicle that I liked. Chris Baxter spent most of an afternoon with my wife and I even though he knew that we were not there to purchase. Two weeks later I returned after exchanging voice mails over that time with Chris. Chris came in on his day off to set me up with a rental of the same vehicle I test drove (no cost to me). He even encourage me to take it to my own mechanic for a once over. Next morning my mechainc went over the vehicle. He told me that the vehicle was in excellent condition EXCEPT for the oil leak from the rear seal (about $1000 - $1500 for me to repair). I took the written documentation to Chris and he very efficiently managed my concerns and spoke to the General Manager and head mechanic. Short story is that they repaired the leak and threw on a 90 day warrenty to cover any concerns that I might have. Told Chris that this was more like buying can of pop at the store than buying a vehicle and that he should be a Car Sale Facilitator, not a Car Salesman. Highly recommended. More
I bought a 2006 Limited Expedition $22,900 from them about 40 days after, minus the "in shop" time. This truck has had problem after problem. To start with, I should have realize that it was a bad ide about 40 days after, minus the "in shop" time. This truck has had problem after problem. To start with, I should have realize that it was a bad idea when the hole in the leather seat needed to get sewn, the brakes had a grasping problem, the sway arm was bad. (Keep mind that is a "ford certified.") The next week I had it, the heated and cooled seats stop working, the ac hose was broke,(missed on the inspection), the ac blower motor was broke also, and the radio connection the the dvd player was broke. I took it back to be fixed, which was no problem. I picked it up two days later to have a buzzing noice under the pass dash. The ac worked though, for that weekend. Not even a week later, the ac is hot again and the rear blower isn't working and making a oscilling, innoying noise. The sale's manager, Ryan told my husband to come out and see if there was something else that we would want to trade. We drove out there, one hr away, on my birthday to her our sales lady say that there is no one there and she can't do anything about it, if we found something. What I wanted to drive in their lot had a dead battery and she didn't have time for a test drive, because she had other customers coming in to meet. She took a list of suv's that I liked and told me that they would have to look in the auction and what they found would be it. (inbetween the 30-one hour of sitting while she met with other people.) She would e-mail me, that NEVER happened She stated they have a 30 day return policy, but we were a little over that. (It was about 35 days then, not minus the in shop time.) I stated to the general manager that I wanted a refund and wanted to go to a different dealer. He said that it didn't work that way, because the bank already paid and the title is in my name. Humm, I am pretty sure that the title would be have to be signed back if I exchanged and a new bank note would be wrote up. (He did mention to me that the "Lemon Law" is only for brand new vechiles. Wow, although that is true per the Attorney General,(which I filed) there are options. None-the-less, Ryan stated that he would get right to work on finding me a different vechile and that was about a week ago with No call from anyone. Now I am driving my $25,000 no ac truck, and of course they will "attempt" to fit that again. I will let them fix when it is returned for good. I am going to contact an attorney and the BBB. BUYER BEWARE! This place sells over-priced junk vechiles, with cocky clientele More

This dealer is absolutely horrid. They sold me a vehicle, threatened to repossess it if I didn't renegotiate the contract (I held my ground and refused, and won!). They didn't deliver the right lic vehicle, threatened to repossess it if I didn't renegotiate the contract (I held my ground and refused, and won!). They didn't deliver the right license plates, they even called my employer and defamed me. Most importantly they stole $1000 in rebate money from me.

In the end, I won. It took me two years to do it, hundreds and hundreds of posts on the internet, but I got my $1000.00 rebate from them. They tried to extort additional money out of me, get me to sign a new contract. I refused to do a single thing--and won.

This place is absolutely the WORST! BUYER BEWARE. More
