This is my 2nd rating and dropping the 'quality of work' rating. The rear lug nuts were put on too tight. This all cost me a $150 tow, three broken socket tools, and a new stud bolt with nut, plus labor rating. The rear lug nuts were put on too tight. Mark was wonderful. We told him our price range and he showed us exactly what they had in the price range and nothing above. I was really tired of sales associates saying, "well just put a couple thousand showed us exactly what they had in the price range and nothing above. Mark DID NOT try any of those tricks. he was straightfoward, honest, and really nice to work with. we found a car that gave us the most bang for our buck throughout several dealerships in the metro area. a very pleasant experience overall.
