Outstanding overall. They were fair and upfront across the entire deal, but they don’t allow unaccompanied test drives. That’s normal for large dealers, though. They stood behind the truck after purchase when I noticed some minor damage that wasn’t caught during PDI. They are a “One Price” dealer that doesn’t haggle pricing, but their listed prices were below market average, and they sell without any surprise fees. Damon Bates is a great person to work with. More
