We picked up the new car and it was a easy process of trading in one car and getting into the new one. Chad has even given us the oppurtunity to come back and have him answer questions about how to work all the new things in the car, which is great for an older lady. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from this dealer. I like their direct approach to car buying, they gave me their best price and then I could make the decision. I did a lot of comparison shopping across Minn and Wis and their price was by far the best. My trade-in was fair, not great. That was the one part of the experience that I didn't like. I dolike the service department, friendly and helpful folks who did a good job. I even brought my new Honda here for an oil change. I purchased a soft T-top and had the top line spray in liner. The young man who worked in the accessory shop wasn't the friendliest person in the organization and I will take my business elsewhere to purchase other accessories. Overall, I'm happy and would bring my car buying business back here again. More

It was 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday and we went in to the dealership only to be told that they were closing and they suggested we make an appointment with a sales person for the following week if we wanted to preview the vehicle. On our way out I met eyes with a CHAD HILLSON, confirmed he was a sales person and asked if he would be willing to work beyond closing time to show us this truck. He said 'Absolutely' and allowed us to preview the vehicle with no rush. After deciding that we wanted to buy it, we then scheduled and appointment with him to come back the following Monday and process the paperwork. He was kind, courteous and honest.
