Kevin did an excellent job keeping us informed as to the progress of our vehicle while it was being manufactured. He is very courteous, friendly and easy to get along with. We really appreciated that he did not use a high pressure approach, but listened to what we wanted and then worked to provide excellent customer service. Kevin breaks the stereotype of car salesmen as being sleazy and greedy and underhanded. We highly recommend Kevin Dickey and thus have a very favorable impression of Apple Valley Ford. More

The facilities are first rate...love the popcorn and free pop. After bringing in our 2004 F-150 for service after the first big snow of the year, we decided to trade up to a 2012 F-150. We got a great price on our trade in and an even better price on the new vehicle. Between the service staff and the sales staff, I rate this team as top notch. Don't go anywhere else in the Twin Cities for a new vehicle. We recommend this team of dealerships to anyone. More

I went in because the night before I figured out the AC and Heat in my car went out. The car had been totaled in 2/2011 and while it was still drivable I knew I would need a car. I had looked up a few cars on Apple Valley Ford's website and knew there were some good deals. When Nick saw me looking around the sales floor he came over and talked with me about what I wanted and what I needed. Nick was not only very nice and professional, he didn't pressure me at all. He let me take my time, he listened more than he talked, and he let me lead the conversation. He stuck with my limit and didn't even try to show me anything above it. He was very honest and transparent when it came to fees and anything of that nature. I've been to a lot of dealerships since my car was totaled, including Apple Valley Ford, but Nick made me feel the most comfortable and confident with my decision. More

First we test drove the cars I was interested in and then he showed me the car he thought I would like (which is the one I ended up purchasing) Keith was so attentive to my price range and the "specs and gadgets" I was looking for!
