When I got there, Bob was busy with another costumer so a different salesman was assigned to me temporarily and one of the first things he asked was: "how far do you plan on going today (look around, test drive, finance, etc)?" And I probably would have walked out right then if Bob hadn't gotten freed up. He was very laid back, casual about everything, and didn't pressure me into buying the car, which made it really easy to logically think out if the car was right for me. This made my first time buying a car amazing; zero stress or pressure! Overall it was a very pleasant experience! More
