I had a 6:00 pm appointment to drop off my vehicle for a safety recall service. There were service doors noted as "Appointments" so I go up to one of those doors. I wait in my car, and then stand by my ca safety recall service. There were service doors noted as "Appointments" so I go up to one of those doors. I wait in my car, and then stand by my car, for over 15 minutes. Finally a person stops and tells me I am in wrong line for safety recall service. Meanwhile, a service person had randomly parked a vehicle behind me such that I couldn't back up so they had to find that person to get the key to move the vehicle. Go to another door that is supposed to open automatically when you drive up to it; it didn't. I go in and find someone to ask about the door. He said that door is locked at 6:00. So, they open the door to let me drive in. All total, it took over a half hour to just drop off my car. Once in, they took my information fairly quickly, and the work was done when promised, so that part of the process was fine. More
