Apple Chevrolet

We’ve purchased four cars there and I’ve always been happy with it except the last two trips in for service. I was in there yesterday and I was quoted on the phone to get my key fob reprogrammed for $13 happy with it except the last two trips in for service. I was in there yesterday and I was quoted on the phone to get my key fob reprogrammed for $135 and I ended up paying over 200 and was not treated good when I questioned it. Please advise if I can get a refund for the difference. The service department has not been the same since Jeff left. More

I came in to get my transmission looked at because it was a random sound going on. I got there check in was quick. The transmission guy was able to look at it within 2 hrs and diagnosed the problem.took it i a random sound going on. I got there check in was quick.
