We spent a few weeks looking for a new truck. Had originally decided on a truck at Phillips, at the last minute my husband decided to look at Apple and am so glad we did. He explained to him what he was looking for and they had a truck on the lot that had more options then the one we were looking at by Phillips. Lou told him he would put together the prices and be back in touch the next day. Well 48 hours later we are the owners of a new Chevy Silverado 2500HD which is fully loaded. Lou was fantastic he worked diligently with Chet the Finance Manager to find us every possible rate and incentive possible. They looked at all the finance options available and found us one that worked for us. So, not only did we get a better deal from them on the truck but we also purchased a truck with more options for less money. Can not thank them enough for all their hard work! Jenny Baier was a terrific salesperson. Beyond the test drive and information about the Tahoe, she let us drive one home overnight to see if it would wow us and it did. This was my first experience with Apple Chevrolet. I was referred there by Corey from Firestone. Firestone could not pinpoint the problem with my car. When I arrived at Apple that morning I had racing thoughts and concerns about how I was even going to get home, as my husband was in bed when I left. I must say I sure prayed the night before for help on how to get through my dilemma and do feel my prayers were answered! I would have been relieved to get a ride home to figure the rest out later, but, as I was waiting for a ride home, Tony approached me and said he talked to his manager and I was able to take a courtesy car home with me! There are not words to express how appreciative I felt and do feel my prayers were answered. It was such a weight lifted off my shoulders. This is a story I have already repeated several times to several people, about how nicely I was treated at Apple Chevrolet, one I am sure I will repeat over from time-to-time in the future because the service was OUTSTANDING.
