Looking at Chevrolet Malibu, both new and used. Edgar was courteous and took the time to explain the vehicle differences. I never felt pressured in one vehicle over the other. I decided on used car and was courteous and took the time to explain the vehicle differences. I never felt pressured in one vehicle over the other. I decided on used car and had Edgard start the paperwork. While waiting, I started to have second thoughts and during the process, cancelled the sales. On the drive back home, decided to buy the car. Called Edgar and without any negative feedback or comments, started the buying process again. Andrew Ramus, sales manager, went over all the numbers per say, and explained how the botton line was derived. I firmly believe, I received the best price possible. Andrew was very patient and was one of the best managers I have dealt with. Overall, I would highly recommend the Apple Chevrolet Delearship in Tinley Park, Illinois. More

Went to Apple Chevrolet with an opened mind since I truly hate the back and forth that goes on at Dealers. Our Sales Person Jeff Dignan was extremely helpful and patient. Ken Wagner and Chet Polumbo have really gone the extra mile in the finance department to make sure that I get the best deal possible. Tom Gorham and Dan Little in the internet department have worked wonders with my poorly worded email inquiries over the years as well.
