All 3 stars go to Cinda because she was great! Very knowledgeable and took time to explain and walk me through all the features on my new vehicle. She was the only salesperson with integrity that I found after visiting 3 other dealerships. Chris in finance is a different story. He TRIED to cheat me by not deducting my down payment, so that the financed amount would be the total price of the car. Once I called him on it, he tried to distract me, but I didn't fall for that. There was no apology, only an "oh, it didn't transfer over" response. Yeah, right, Mr. Finance Guy! Had it been an error in MY favor, I'm sure that wouldn't happen. Also, HE added my electronic signature to the documents, instead of allowing me to do it. This makes me feel like HE signed my name instead of ME signing my name. I believe this was his way of moving through the documents quicker so he could cheat me on that down payment issue. Sounds like I could have a legal case against Chris or the dealership overall, if I wanted to dispute the contract, doesn't it--hmmm! The dealership was clean, accommodating and comfortable. Ask for Cinda to assist with your purchase but, KEEP YOUR EYES PEALED ON THE CONTRACT IF CHRIS HANDLES IT. Better yet, take someone with you for a 2nd set of eyes. Also, makes sure he hands you the stylus, so you can read everything thoroughly sign the paperwork yourself! More
