I’m normally happy with Apple, but this time I made considerations to get a recall in asap and the wrong part was ordered so it couldn’t be done at my scheduled time. Family has been with Carl for a long time. Service is the reason we keep coming back to Apple. Pat Swisher was a great salesman but he retired a while back.
