I am very disappointed with this dealership. My wife has been coming here since 2011 and recommended I bring my truck here. I dropped off my truck on Friday and Adam told me they will do the dia My wife has been coming here since 2011 and recommended I bring my truck here. I dropped off my truck on Friday and Adam told me they will do the diagnostic for my check engine light on Saturday. I didn’t hear anything on Saturday and tried to call multiple times before they closed but there was no answer. I called Monday morning and Adam said they are working on the morning rush then they will do the diagnostic on my truck. My wife called as well and he told her by 3:30-4PM the diagnostic will be done. I had been texting back and forth with Adam and then he proceeds to tell me that unfortunately they are not able to get the diagnostic done and it will be done first thing on Tuesday. I ended up picking up my truck Monday at 5:30PM because it should not take 4+ days to get just a diagnostic performed on my truck. After picking it up, conveniently Adam and the manager were gone for the day. I took my truck to Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort and they had my diagnostic done within a couple hours. Me and my wife will no longer go to Apple Chevrolet and instead will be taking our vehicles to Phillips Chevrolet. More
