Having spent hours of research on the internet, I was just about to give up, when I saw the greatest deal on a used vehicle, I drove all the way from the Saint Paul and I am so glad I did. He was very patient and waited until my wife was ready to do this. When we came to the dealership, we were greeted immediately and even though Lee was finishing up with a client, he got another salesman to take us out on a test drive. Lee is excellent and I would recommend him to my friends. We did our paperwork with Justin Olson, the General Manager. He was friendly and really put us at ease during the whole process. By the time we came to doing the paperwork, it was after the store closed. You would not have known as we felt very welcomed. Here is a team that defies what the public feels about car dealerships. They are friendly, helpful and genuinely enjoy what they do. The last thing I want to address is that these gentlemen are from Northfield and that also makes a difference to us as it helps our community. My trade was a little tricky because of the miles but Justin was upfront about what it was worth and we thought it was worth making the hour and a half drive. When I got there they were prompt, courteous, and delivered on the trade-in without trying to haggle it down or argue any of the usual "dealer tricks." The best price on the car was more than fair, it was actually lower than the one I'd found closer to home. The wonderful mechanic, Jed, was kind enough to uninstall something in my car that I really wanted even if it was a hassle for him. This was a fabulous experience and we fully intend to visit again when the time comes for our next car. More
I have gotten my oil changed at several dealerships/body shops. I had a coupon for here and did not expect much. When I got there, they were courteous, despite me presenting my coupon. It was the first oil change where I was presented with a good review for my car: I did not need an air filter change, my tired were good, I was not going to get in a possible car accident if I didn't get x,y,z checked out right away. It was fine, my car was fine and all I needed to do was pay. Not schedule future appointements or anything. And then I was still offered a free car wash, despite having a coupon!! It cost half of what I usually pay for a synthetic blend oil change, (even less with the coupon.) I actually would consider buying a car from here very soon because I felt they were honest, and had integrity. I think I found my new oil change place. More

I purchased a sports car from this dealer that was priced above blue book value. I know, Silly Me! There where a few problems with the car that the dealer agreed to fix. After two months still nothing fixes above blue book value. I know, Silly Me! There where a few problems with the car that the dealer agreed to fix. After two months still nothing fixes. After three months one of the issues fixed, the second and third issues are still open. After four months the second issue is fixed but with two, yes two, one week stays at the dealership and $1000 cost to me. The third issue they have tried to fix twice but still no fix. I finally got smart and took the car to another Chevy Dealer. After 45 minutes at this other dealer the issue was fixed along with other issues Apple Valley caused trying to fix the orig issue. I realized that Apple Valley Chevrolet is one dealership that I will never go back too. A very expensive lesson learned!! More
I took my truck in to get a heater switch replaced. Later in the day, I got a call that my truck, with 45,000 miles, needed the back set of brake pads replaced. When I pick up my truck. I was given a bill fo in the day, I got a call that my truck, with 45,000 miles, needed the back set of brake pads replaced. When I pick up my truck. I was given a bill for over $2,000 for the brakes. I then asked to see the old parts. No one could find them. The bill showed that they had to pull both back wheel axles to change the brake pads. I checked with other garages. None of the other garages pull the back axles to change brake pads. I will never go back to Apple Chevy again. More

I purchased a new 2012 LT Siverado from Apple Chevrolet Buick Northfield on June 09, 2012. I purchased the truck using sales consultant Melissa Stauffer. I had met her a couple of weeks ealier while I was Buick Northfield on June 09, 2012. I purchased the truck using sales consultant Melissa Stauffer. I had met her a couple of weeks ealier while I was shopping the lot one evening. Melissa stayed after hours that evening to answer a few questions me and my wife had about the truck. She told us that she was in the business of helping people get the vehicle they wanted. I didn't really think much of that statement at the time...having heard similar statements through the years, I just thought...OK. So...with Melissa's help I decided to purchase the truck and did so with some upgrades, one of which the materials and labor would be done off site. I would mention at this point that I have a tendency to look for workmanship that is well above the average! I was a little nervous and spoke with the General Manager Justin Olson briefly, he told me not to worry if anything wasn't to my liking Apple Chevrolet Buick would back me up. When this remote work was completed I was very displeased with the workmanship and thought that is was poorly done. I talked with Melissa about some options, maybe cleaning up the work or re-doing the work. At this point I was nervous about owning the truck. I was in a conversation with the sales manager Dave Wolf and Melissa...they told me if I was unhappy with the truck that they would just get me a new truck...and told me this with no hesitation! I had vacation coming up in a few days and needed the truck for the vacation. Well I gotta tell you, I just came home from my vacation and yes I'm driving the Siverado that Apple Chevrolet Buick Northfield group found to replace the first Siverado...happens to be identical to the first. I would mention that getting this new truck took some doing on there part, but they did it and I had a great time with the new truck...perfect. I've never written a review of this sort, but felt compelled to write this. Now that I read it...I'm thinking...doesn't really do this group justice. What a great group of people! And as for Melissa Stauffer...she really is in the business of helping people get the vehicle they want. I just can't say enough about her, she is genuinely concerned about her customers...she's Amazing, just amazing! Once again Melissa...Thankyou! More
