I snowplow so when I brought my 2009 2500 Silverado in because of noise when the vehicle was in four-wheel drive. Chris immediately had my truck test drived and correctly diagnosed I had front differentai because of noise when the vehicle was in four-wheel drive. Had my rental car delivered to me. daily updated me on progress and three days later had my truck done. Chris is very friendly every time I stop in there..always a smile on his face even when he is very busy. I guess they were better as far as the trade as a dealer other than what it cost me in miles and paying for a part that was bad, if you buy used there don't leave with car until every thing is working...
