On July 20, My daughter & I began our search for a new car, her first new car prior to starting her new job. Our goal was to have our decision made over the weekend and purchase the new car on July 2 new car, her first new car prior to starting her new job. Our goal was to have our decision made over the weekend and purchase the new car on July 22. During our search, we visited several dealerships offering a different array of vehicles. Our decision was final and Apostolakis was our choice. The reason behind this choice was simple. We loved the options available on the Honda Civic and the payment option presented to us. I honestly have to state one of the key deciding factors of the choice had to do with Paul Whitehouse. Paul really gave my daughter and I a comfortable feeling the entire time as well as his full attention and understanding of our needs. He really explained detailed aspects of the vehicle, Apostolakis as a whole and VERY knowledgable of the vehicle(s) overall. In summary, Paul Whitehouse made this a very enjoyable, no stressfull experience for my daughter and I. Because of the relationship we now have established with Paul, our business will be directed toward Apostolakis Honda/Mazda in the future. He even drove to a local restaurant where we were having dinner to give us our information booklets that we had left behind. My two children were very well accepted by everyone there--even had a kids room for them to play in. Overall great experience! More

We first looked at the Accord more than a year ago when we weren't sure whether we were going to replace my car or my husbands. My husband bought the car that time and he has bought the same brand for 25 we weren't sure whether we were going to replace my car or my husbands. But Johnnie Bevilacqua kept in touch, calling from time to time to see if I was still interested in a car, so we felt we should give him the first opportunity when it came time for me to buy. It was a good decision. He put no pressure on us and gave us more than enough time, including test drives of two different models so I could compare the advantages and disadvantages of each. When I told him I wasn't going to buy that day, he didn't put any pressure on us and suggested that before we make any decision we come back and talk about a final price. We went to lunch, to another dealer, crunched some numbers and came back to Johnnie and said we decided to buy that day after all. We gave him a number that we thought was fair based on our research and he took it to the manager and returned quickly with an OK. It was the easiest experience we have ever had buying a car, and Johnnie gets credit for that. When we picked up the car a few days later, there were no surprises. He took us on a tour and introduced us to the the service manager and parts manager (both friendly and helpful). We finished the sale with Paul, who was friendly, professional and also didn't put undue pressure on us for add-ons. Johnnie went over the car with us , explaining everything we needed to know ( more than once on some things) and sent us on our way, telling us to be sure to contact him if we had any problems of any kind.
