Great Customer Service I walked into the dealership not sure what to expect, as this was a first time car purchase, I was immediately greeted by Bob Weiner who was more tha I walked into the dealership not sure what to expect, as this was a first time car purchase, I was immediately greeted by Bob Weiner who was more than happy to assist me and my girlfriend. He was very personable and not your typical "salesman" which I greatly appreciated. It was a smooth transition from meet and greet to finalizing the deal. A few times, I felt I was holding him up from continuing his daily job but he was more than happy to continuing assisting me. I would recommend this place, as well as salesman, to anyone seeking a new or used vehicle. More

Great Car Buying Experience We came to Apollo after getting a pre-approval for a car loan on another website. We were looking for a reasonably priced, reliable used car for my d We came to Apollo after getting a pre-approval for a car loan on another website. We were looking for a reasonably priced, reliable used car for my daughter, and she saw one on line that she absolutely fell in love with (an '06 Mercedes), available at a very fair price. Before we arrived, I received a call from Jesse who told me he was the "finance guy" at Apollo, and who assured me we could get the payment we were pre-approved for. Carlo was the salesman who waited on us and was brave enough to take a test drive with my teenage daughter. We explained what we expected to pay as per the pre-approved website, and Carlo worked with Jim the manager so that we not only got the monthly payment we wanted but at a much better interest rate than expected! There were a couple of minor issues with the car (a cracked windshield and a non-working door handle) and they agreed to fix them without hesitation as part of the sale. Throughout the sale, Carlo was very attentive and courteous, and did not waste time getting the paperwork together. Some of the other staff (whose names I unfortunately don't know) also helped my daughter figure out how to use some of the car's features while we were busy with the paperwork. After we got the car home, we expressed some concerns about another issue that popped up (a brake light that came on) and the folks at Apollo were very accommodating. We brought the car in and Kevin, the service manager (a genuinely nice guy) had it checked out completely and took care of all our concerns free of charge. He gave us lots of tips and advice on how to keep the car in good shape and good running condition for years to come. Carlo and Jim (the manager) even came out to the service area when we picked up the car to make sure everything was okay. Overall, it was an excellent experience especially compared with a recent experience I had with another used car dealer who didn't want much to do with us after we drove off the lot. I get the impression that, even after the sale is made, Apollo genuinely cares that you are satisfied and happy with the purchase. More

Super personable, knowledgable and never pressured me. My experience today 06/20/2016 has been nothing but superb! When I walked in already; he had already gotten me approved; not pre - approved but APPROVED. My credit isn't the greatest by far, and he got me into the vehicle of my choice; he even got my car payment down under 200 dollars than what I was expecting! The dealership is super clean, calm, and every other staff Member there was super friendly and at your assistance if you had any other questions!
