Made an appointment ahead of time for 8am to get a new key fob programmed. It was to be billed to Ourisman (which I stated on the online form and on the written envelope when I dropped the vehicle off). key fob programmed. I cited that the SUV needed to be ready by 3pm and provided them with 2 cell phone numbers. I arrived at 4:15 pm to learn that they did nothing - did not program my key fob, did not call either cell phone I provided, nothing. Told me that they could do it tomorrow - leave without a vehicle and come back. WHAT? I need my car to go to work; I made an appointment; it was for programming a key not installing a new engine... Really? After fussing, another women spoke to the Service Manager and said that if I waited an hour he would do it. Not much choice.. waited an hour, was spoken to by an employee that I have no idea how he was involved who reminded me that God will take care of it all, and then I paid for the service, not Ourisman. Now I have to get reimbursed by Ourisman and go through all of that hassle. More

This has been the worst car buying experience, and after 3 months we are still dealing with issues. Emelie and the entire service were a pleasure to work with; professional, friendly and knowledgable. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and called Antwepen and spoke with Emelie. She said to come on over (same day!) she would have one of the mechanics take a look. They found that I had picked up a screw and they plugged it and had me in and out in a jiffy. Great experience! The only discrepency that I have is that the dashboard screen was not cleared after the oil change had been completed. I plan to revisit Volkswagen in order to clear/ reset the dashboard screen.
