So we went to the service desk and asked what exactly had been repaired on the car. (It's kinda important to know the history on the car, right?) Well. The service lady said a normal oil change had been done and they changed the windshield wipers. How does that equal to 3000? Who knows. More

Do not value loyal customers We have bought 3 cars from this dealership and the first 2 were wonderful cars no problems. We just bought a used Hyundai that had only 14500 miles on We have bought 3 cars from this dealership and the first 2 were wonderful cars no problems. We just bought a used Hyundai that had only 14500 miles on it. There were several things they had to fix off the git go and they did them. But about 2 or 3 weeks later there were problems with the cooling system which was one of the problems they "fixed" after we bought the car. We had to pay over 800 to get the repairs completed. We understand when you buy a used car that things can go wrong but really?. I contacted the general manager and explained what had happened and that the car was my daughters and she was a recent college grad with student loans and asked if there was anything they could do since part of the problem was something they claimed they had fixed. He was very understanding and asked for the bills to be sent to him so he could see what if anything he could do. After a couple of weeks I finally got an answer...he could offer us 10% of the monies we had to pay. Eighty dollars! is all they offered. A loyal customer for years and they offer 10%. When I said I expected a little more considering we have bought 3 cars from them 7 years I was told sorry this is what they can do. I told them since Antwerpen appeared to need the 80.00 more than a poor college grad they could keep it. NOT HAPPY AND WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. More
