I bought a used car from this company and I will NEVER purchase one from here again. I was in a car accident and the car insurance totaled my car out. I purchased a used car from here, with the hopes that I could easily transfer my old car tags over. The Sales staff order NEW tags anyway and forced me to take the old and new tags to the MVA to take care of it. Not only were there issues with my car tags, but also I was told that the car would have a full tank of gas when I bought it, it was actually on E when I started the car up. The General Manager was so unprofessional to me when I went to the car company to pick up my new car tags that should have NEVER been ordered in the first place. The GM rolled his eyes at me when I asked to speak with him and completely dismissed my complaints without a simple apology for all the errors. PLEASE AVOID THIS CAR COMPANY!!!!!!! More

They purposely over charged me on an oil change DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE, I already knew there sales department were a rip off but now seeing the entire business cheats customer I DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE, I already knew there sales department were a rip off but now seeing the entire business cheats customer I went in for an oil change after receiving a $40 coupon off in the mail oil change is $69.99 stated on there paperwork my bill came to $60 dollars when I should of only paid around $30 when I ask why they service lady why my bill is so high she said my car takes 7 quarts of oil and the coupon price is for 5 quarts THIS IS A LIE vw passat se only takes 5 quarts the suvs don't even take 7 quarts , this ishould why people hate car dealership. False advertising scammers They Advertise low prices on used cars, which includes a "disclaimer" and if you read the small print, it says "all prices exclude taxes, tags, plus d They Advertise low prices on used cars, which includes a "disclaimer" and if you read the small print, it says "all prices exclude taxes, tags, plus dealer documentation processing fee of $300" Ok, fine, whatever, most of that is expected, and at least they tell you about the $300 fee. What they DON"T tell you is that, after you go there and spend an hour evaluating/test driving the car, the actual Price of the car will now suddenly have these extras: $995 Reconditioning fee (to clean the car and make it look all nice for sale) $168 MSI (Maryland State Insepection plus an oil change) So the Advertised price is basically meaningless, since these additional fees are arbitrary costs that normally would be part of the dealer's cost of doing business, not paid (directly) by the customer. This is blatant case of False Advertising, and worst of all, this is not an isolated case but is their standard business model for selling Used Cars. More
