My experience was with Nick Barnes as my sales rep but really the whole team was exceptional. There wasn't a lot of time going back and forth nor was there any "haggling" happening either. Nick called and texted to confirm my visit to the location and I was greeted by everyone there. The location is very tidy and sanitizer was readily available which shows their attention to detail with the ongoing pandemic. This was the shortest process I've endured when buying a new vehicle. We did the preliminary paperwork and then we were out the door to go on a test drive. When we returned I was surprised to see that the financial team had already did the legwork to finding a loan partner that I was comfortable with and the next thing I know I was meeting with their finance team to sign the documents. Nick was very pleasant and engaging during the sale and I left feeling less like I was "sold" a car and more like I met up with a friend to do a deal. I will always advise anyone I know that's in the market for a vehicle purchase to go see my friends at Antwerpen Volkswagen if they want quality service to match a quality vehicle. After confirming an Internet price over the phone I went to the dealership where they said they discovered a few hours ago that to a whole new level.
