We went to Antwerpen with every intention of purchasing a new vehicle. All we wanted was some time to look around. Jalen Cobb approached us in the parking and was very rude and aggressive. We told him we wer new vehicle. All we wanted was some time to look around. Jalen Cobb approached us in the parking and was very rude and aggressive. We told him we were just looking and for some reason, he owouldn't accept that as an answer. He kept saying something to the effect of "if someone came to your house, wouldn't you talk to them?". It was very odd. My daughter and I kept telling him that we were just looking but he continued to be rude and argue with us. Jalen then started yelling at us and telling us "this is my lot, this is my lot". We told him we were leaving and he kept yelling at us. Jalen walked in tandem with us and he was so focused at arguing with us, he walked straight into a vehicle. He was acting very odd all because we just wanted to look around first. We went to another dealership and bought a car, which actually worked out. They had a better selection, better pricing, stable salespeople and their cars weren't filthy. Avoid Antwerpen Volkswagen at all cost!!!! More

I make the 3 hour trip, sitting in traffic, just to get to the dealership and be told they sold that vehicle today. I have never been so angry or disappointed. More
