Emelie and the entire service were a pleasure to work with; professional, friendly and knowledgable. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and called Antwepen and spoke with Emelie. She said to come on ov with; professional, friendly and knowledgable. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and called Antwepen and spoke with Emelie. She said to come on over (same day!) she would have one of the mechanics take a look. They found that I had picked up a screw and they plugged it and had me in and out in a jiffy. Great experience! The only discrepency that I have is that the dashboard screen was not cleared after the oil change had been completed. I plan to revisit Volkswagen in order to clear/ reset the dashboard screen. Pleasant buying experience overall and Sam my salesperson was professional and attentive to calls and questions before and after purchase. Only negative was the length of time completing sale, due to the dea was professional and attentive to calls and questions before and after purchase. Only negative was the length of time completing sale, due to the dealership not having a finance person on the day I purchased. So the paperwork took way too long and was a little inconvenient. However, the fact that my Tiguan had a Certified VW warranty and on top of that, a Antwerpen 20 year engine warranty (on used cars under 50K miles) made me feel great about my VW purchase at this dealer as a whole.
