Sales associate Andrew Nelson is, by far, the most polite car salesman I have experienced in almost 50 years of buying. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient during the buying process, and performed just like the Eagle Scout he claimed to be. The length of the entire process to buy the car on our second visit, was what surprised us. We arrived at 2;30 pm and left around 8:00 pm. The transaction itself did not take long, however, we sat and waited for several hours while the deal was being structured to include our trade-ins and before we were finally called to the finance office. During that wait, however, everyone was extremely polite and friendly, offering us refreshments, etc. More
