He interrupted me seven times in one conversation when I was trying to tell him what was wrong with my vehicle. He did proceed to angrily perform the service. When I picked up the car, there was a brand new problem that I needed to come back to the dealer for that same evening. A few days later, the original problem returned. I brought the vehicle back to the dealer and they told me they would call when the repeat repair was complete. Three hours later, I called them to see when it would be ready and they replied that there is no problem and I can come get the car any time. In summary, there are too many coincidences in that story to think that this was all purely chance, and I believe strongly that Jay decided to exact revenge on me for trying to explain the extent of the problems I experienced with my vehicle. Furthermore, As I have already paid hundreds of dollars to this dealership to have them not solve the problem, I will never take my vehicle here again. First I need to find another place to repair the issue that they could not. More

They gave me a phenomenal deal compared to any local dealers - just by talking to Marcio I felt comfortable right over the phone to lock in the purchase. JC was just awesome, no messing around jacking up the price or anything. Top quality salesman and a really impressive dealer. I will take the 3.5 hour drive to visit JC and Marcio the instant we need another Toyota. Thank You. Service Experience I experienced vibration in the in the steering wheel at speeds exceeding 50 mph. I was told the tires were in balance but a broken exhaust pipe bracke I experienced vibration in the in the steering wheel at speeds exceeding 50 mph. I was told the tires were in balance but a broken exhaust pipe bracket was causing the vibration. I questioned this assessment and the technician came back and said fixing the exhaust pipe would probably not fix the problem. They then said it was likely that I am not used to MD roads (I've lived in MD for seven years). I chose not to have any work done. The problem got worse so I took it back and had the exhaust pipe fixed and tires balanced and the issue continued. They then recommended I replace the wheels and rims which I declined to have done. I took my car to my normal dealership, Dar Cars on Eastern Ave., they balanced the tires again, found they were still out of balance after Antwerpen Toyota balanced them and the issue went away. Overall, it felt like they were shooting in the dark and recommending high priced repairs when a simple balance was needed. Also, they charged $80+ for a four wheel balance, Dar Cars charges $50 ... I would not recommend anyone go to Antwerpen after this experience. More

Charges $1595 fee no other dealer charges I went to buy a certified used car at the price Antwerpen had listed online. After a test drive the salesman brought out the paperwork and in addition to the usual processing fee $300, tags $345 and sales tax there was an additional fee of $1595 for the "certification" which they claimed ALL dealerships charge. After much going around own this and incorrect numbers on payments we ended our discussions when they wouldn't remove the certification fee. (They did reduce it to $550). But I wasn't going to pay the asking price PLUS $550. I left and called Jim Coleman, Fitzgerald, Passport, Darcars and Koons Toyota.....NONE of them charge a certification charge over the asking price. They all said the certification fee was reflected in the asking price of the car. Antwerpen lied when they said other dealers charge it. More

Waste of time; they could not match Heritage Toyota offer I was contacted by Marcio, from internet sales, after forwarding him a price quote I received from Heritage Toyota, and he informed me that Antwerpen I was contacted by Marcio, from internet sales, after forwarding him a price quote I received from Heritage Toyota, and he informed me that Antwerpen could beat the deal, and he encouraged me to set a time to meet. I scheduled a time with him for next day (Sunday afternoon), which he confirmed. I came at the scheduled time and was surprised to find out that Marcio was off that day, which he never informed me when confirming the appointment. The other internet sales person handed me off to another salesperson, who I briefly met with to take down the specifics of the car I wanted along with Heritage's quote. After waiting while, Ed - sales manager, came out to confirm the details. I then waited another 20 minutes before Ed returned to inform me that not only would the desired vehicle not be in stock for another couple of weeks, but he could not match the offer from Heritage, which I did appreciate Ed's honesty in informing me that Heritage offered me a "very good deal." Not something you hear often from a dealership about another one. Clearly, Marcio never took the time to verify with his sales manager that Antwerpen could beat the offer nor did he inform me that he would not be there for our appointment, opting instead to run the risk of completely wasting my time. Mission accomplished in wasting my time. More
