The PDI (pre-delivery inspection) was never completed properly at the navigation code point. After being told by my previous dealership that they couldn’t get in contact with BMW in Germany during my first 2 months of ownership for the Navi code, I decided to take it to Antwerpen Toyota’s service department to get the job done right! I wanted to say a special thank you to the service writers Josue & Doug, the technician Christian, and the service director Charles for all their help getting the issue resolved. 😁 I’ll definitely be back to get my Supra serviced at Antwerpen Toyota in Clarksville, MD for now on and highly recommend them for all your Toyota service needs! More

Horrible service. We almost blew our engine in our Toyota Highlander Hybrid back in August 2020 because their staff member in the Parts dept. sold my husband the wrong sized oil filter. As a result of this, Highlander Hybrid back in August 2020 because their staff member in the Parts dept. sold my husband the wrong sized oil filter. As a result of this, the engine started leaking oil while we were on a trip and we had to pay for an oil change and 4 quarts of oil. My husband has spoken with Dave, Mark, and Roberto at least 3 times and they all said they would they would refund this cost on our credit card. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED despite two trips to the parts department and multiple phone calls. And when they offered to give my husband additional oil filters to replace the wrong ones he was sold in the first place, they brought out the wrong sized ones AGAIN. Stay away from this place -- your car's longevity is at risk! Do not trust them to sell you the right parts or make good on their promises. More
Was told by the service manager that I could drop my car off early for service. When I got there at 6:30, a young man told me that they were closed and that I had to wait 1/2 hour to drop off my car.... an off early for service. Well then that would make me both stupid and a liar. And I am neither. What I am is truly disappointed in Antwerpen, especially since I bought the car there. And this was the second negative experience with service. There won’t be a third. And I will never buy another vehicle from them again. More

New 2020 Toyota Camry SE with Moonroof! I came to this dealership to purchase my first new car. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He offered me a very fair price on the car, checked with both KBB and truecar. He was also able to assist me in finding me the perfect vehicle, and made sure every step of the process was well explained. Overall, I am very satisfied with this dealership and Mr. Greene. More

Brought my 2019 Prius XLE in for its 6 months Toyota care service on Aug 20, 2019. I was told they they checked the fluids, rotated the tires and checked the air pressure. To my surprise I was told that the service on Aug 20, 2019. I was told they they checked the fluids, rotated the tires and checked the air pressure. To my surprise I was told that the spare tire had 58 psi. Only problem is that the 2019 Prius XLE has no spare tire. When I told the service dept tech that there is no spare, they didn't believe me and insisted on opening the trunk and looking for themselves. Guess what, there is no spare. Also the service warning indicator was never reset. So I truly don't know whether or not the tires were rotated, but based on them saying they put air in the non-existing spare, I have my doubts. In the future I will be taking my car to a different dealership for service. More
My experience with the service team at this location was absolutely horrific. Jay Tauber is one of the service managers and he does not know how to treat customers. Making a request for Toyota vehicle service at a Toyota vehicle service center turned into a complete circus! And I was a first time customer! This was a horrible first impression! He accused me of trying to tell them “how to run their business.” After making a request to have my vehicle serviced. You would’ve thought I asked for something out of the ordinary! This is how you treat customers? A simple request turned into a customer being yelled at, taken advantage of and disrespected? There are plenty of other Toyota dealerships and service stations. No need to spend you time, energy or money where team members do not work well with the public. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Buyer beware! More
