STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! Buyer beware! I purchased a new Tacoma 2022 and I was continually told that it was arriving everyday and it took much longer than expected the General Manager is gre purchased a new Tacoma 2022 and I was continually told that it was arriving everyday and it took much longer than expected the General Manager is greedy and DOESNT CARE about customers. I had pleaded and asked them NOT to drill the front bumper of MY NEW 50K, Instead a angry and resentful lot attendant or staff happily lumping around the lot went ahead and punctured 2 LARGE holes in my front bumper!! Its clear they are resentful of people purchasing new vehicles. The car look was absolutely ruined and the holes large and uneven!! I attempted to contact the GM KIM DANCHULIS and he would not return my call or messages. I asked them to possibly repair the drilled holes and they laughed it off, "sorry nothing we can do". The finance woman is the rudest person in the entire dealership absolutely angry and rude to me because I paid cash for the vehicle, and she never followed through either with paperwork when I tried to initially purchase the car! The dismissive treatment I received from General Manager KIM DANCHULIS and his staff is like no other experience I have had in buying a vehicle. Why the manager will not address concerns of the customer, is because once the car goes off the lot thats all the dealership care about. I would NEVER consider purchasing a car from any ANTWERPEN DEALERSHIP and strongly recommend ANYONE considering buying a car from ANTWERPEN because of what they did to a brand new vehicle! More

Fortunately I kept all of the addendums, proved it was in the contract and asked for my money back... then they tried to tell me they gave it to me complimentary as it didn't show in the contract as a separate item...lol, as if that justifies their behavior...Buyer Beware...go elsewhere More
I called them to purchase a Sequoia Platinum. Contacted in the morning and they said they had a price for me. I asked for a slight negotiation, was told that Zander would ask his mgr and call me back in 10m. 2+ hours later, after repeated calls and texts to Zander, I called the sales dept to ask what was happening. Zander immediately called me back and told that they had sold the vehicle to someone else - AND that the vehicle had been reserved since yesterday - yet no one bothered to let me know. Wasted 24-hrs that I could have been pursuing other deals, 8+ phone calls, and hours waiting for calls that never came - absolutely the most under-handed (or disorganized, if I'm being charitable) experience I've ever had. Trust the ratings I guess. More
My husband and I recently purchased two cars from this dealer a Mercedes Benz S550 and a Maserati. After driving off the lot with the Mercedes and heading home the tire pressure light came on and I had t dealer a Mercedes Benz S550 and a Maserati. After driving off the lot with the Mercedes and heading home the tire pressure light came on and I had to stop and put air in the tire. I drove the car the next day and notice that the tire was still low and the brakes were making a lot of noise. I brought the car back in to have the brakes looked at and was told it was just brake dust and that it should go away with a few drives. I took the car to a tire service place and was told that the rim was cracked and that's why the air keeps going out of the tire. I was told that the rim had been cracked and that this dealer sold me a car with a cracked rim which is very dangerous. The Maserati brakes are also making noise and when you drive over 60 mph the steering wheel is shaking. The car needs a wheel alignment. I contacted the manager and general manager to inform them of these issues and was told someone would get back to me and no one ever returned my phone calls. These people do not care anything about their customers and are only interested in a sale. Please do not buy anything from them because the managers treat you like trash. More
I brought a 2008 toyota scion in for service after not using it during the pandemic. I was told that it needed all four brakes repaired. I agreed. I was also told that the valve cover gasket needed to be replaced. I went to perform that work on my own and found that they'd spread oil around the filler opening. There was no leak. Discussions with the customer service advocate were pleasant but did not result in any adjustment. The service manager agreed to meet me to discuss my concerns. I made an appointment in the evening. When I arrived, the worker at the desk informed me that the managers had gone home. Never mind that when I entered the facility there was a man in a tie giving directions in the service department. He took one look at me and left the building. As far as I'm concerned, these people are dishonest and shopping for work when they have your car. They did sub-standard work and over charged. More

I also got a text and email from Marcio Santos, \ Business Development Manager at Antwerpen Toyota, who wrote, " I received your inquiry for a particular 2021 Toyota Corolla SE that I have in my Inventory (Black Sand Pearl exterior color and Black interior color). I am not a sales person but I do want to help you in this early stage process. The MSRP of the vehicle is $25,019.00 and the Internet Price is $22,619.00 + fees. Please, I kindly ask you to call me on my direct line at (443) 539 4730 so I can assist you further. Would you be able to visit us for a full demonstration of the vehicle? (no sales pressure at all and if anyone sent you a quote lower than mine, I will beat it)." I was excited to hear that, and I made an appointment for my first available date and time, which was the following Wednesday. On Monday Jun 21, 7:29 AM I received an Appointment Confirmation at Antwerpen Toyota from Mr. Santos to meet with Mr Cruz. The invitation ended with the request, 'We simply ask you let us know if anything changes. Absolutely understandable. They do not want to waste time with an appointment that is going to be skipped. On Wednesday, my wife—a teacher and member the NEA union and also a member of Consumer Reports—checked to see if anyone could offer a better deal than we had agreed to with Antwerpen Toyota; She heard from many dealerships including from Antwerpen Toyota confirming the SAME CAR I was offered. She got email at 12:22pm from Victoria Estep saying "Great News! The Corolla is available," and inviting in for a test drive. She also got the same message at 4:08PM—LESS THAN 3 hours from when my appointment was that very evening—from Zander Baker. As I said, we showed up and the car could not be located. This car I had an appointment for, with the intension of test driving and purchasing. Lying? Baiting and switching?.Incompetence? At least one of these. Never again. More
