My husband and I recently purchased two cars from this dealer a Mercedes Benz S550 and a Maserati. After driving off the lot with the Mercedes and heading home the tire pressure light came on and I had t dealer a Mercedes Benz S550 and a Maserati. After driving off the lot with the Mercedes and heading home the tire pressure light came on and I had to stop and put air in the tire. I drove the car the next day and notice that the tire was still low and the brakes were making a lot of noise. I brought the car back in to have the brakes looked at and was told it was just brake dust and that it should go away with a few drives. I took the car to a tire service place and was told that the rim was cracked and that's why the air keeps going out of the tire. I was told that the rim had been cracked and that this dealer sold me a car with a cracked rim which is very dangerous. The Maserati brakes are also making noise and when you drive over 60 mph the steering wheel is shaking. The car needs a wheel alignment. I contacted the manager and general manager to inform them of these issues and was told someone would get back to me and no one ever returned my phone calls. These people do not care anything about their customers and are only interested in a sale. Please do not buy anything from them because the managers treat you like trash. More
I brought a 2008 toyota scion in for service after not using it during the pandemic. I was told that it needed all four brakes repaired. I agreed. I was also told that the valve cover gasket needed to be replaced. I went to perform that work on my own and found that they'd spread oil around the filler opening. There was no leak. Discussions with the customer service advocate were pleasant but did not result in any adjustment. The service manager agreed to meet me to discuss my concerns. I made an appointment in the evening. When I arrived, the worker at the desk informed me that the managers had gone home. Never mind that when I entered the facility there was a man in a tie giving directions in the service department. He took one look at me and left the building. As far as I'm concerned, these people are dishonest and shopping for work when they have your car. They did sub-standard work and over charged. More

I also got a text and email from Marcio Santos, \ Business Development Manager at Antwerpen Toyota, who wrote, " I received your inquiry for a particular 2021 Toyota Corolla SE that I have in my Inventory (Black Sand Pearl exterior color and Black interior color). I am not a sales person but I do want to help you in this early stage process. The MSRP of the vehicle is $25,019.00 and the Internet Price is $22,619.00 + fees. Please, I kindly ask you to call me on my direct line at (443) 539 4730 so I can assist you further. Would you be able to visit us for a full demonstration of the vehicle? (no sales pressure at all and if anyone sent you a quote lower than mine, I will beat it)." I was excited to hear that, and I made an appointment for my first available date and time, which was the following Wednesday. On Monday Jun 21, 7:29 AM I received an Appointment Confirmation at Antwerpen Toyota from Mr. Santos to meet with Mr Cruz. The invitation ended with the request, 'We simply ask you let us know if anything changes. Absolutely understandable. They do not want to waste time with an appointment that is going to be skipped. On Wednesday, my wife—a teacher and member the NEA union and also a member of Consumer Reports—checked to see if anyone could offer a better deal than we had agreed to with Antwerpen Toyota; She heard from many dealerships including from Antwerpen Toyota confirming the SAME CAR I was offered. She got email at 12:22pm from Victoria Estep saying "Great News! The Corolla is available," and inviting in for a test drive. She also got the same message at 4:08PM—LESS THAN 3 hours from when my appointment was that very evening—from Zander Baker. As I said, we showed up and the car could not be located. This car I had an appointment for, with the intension of test driving and purchasing. Lying? Baiting and switching?.Incompetence? At least one of these. Never again. More

After being told by my previous dealership that they couldn’t get in contact with BMW in Germany during my first 2 months of ownership for the Navi code, I decided to take it to Antwerpen Toyota’s service department to get the job done right! I wanted to say a special thank you to the service writers Josue & Doug, the technician Christian, and the service director Charles for all their help getting the issue resolved. 😁 I’ll definitely be back to get my Supra serviced at Antwerpen Toyota in Clarksville, MD for now on and highly recommend them for all your Toyota service needs! Horrible service. We almost blew our engine in our Toyota Highlander Hybrid back in August 2020 because their staff member in the Parts dept. sold my husband the wrong sized oil filter. As a result of this, the engine started leaking oil while we were on a trip and we had to pay for an oil change and 4 quarts of oil. My husband has spoken with Dave, Mark, and Roberto at least 3 times and they all said they would they would refund this cost on our credit card. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED despite two trips to the parts department and multiple phone calls. And when they offered to give my husband additional oil filters to replace the wrong ones he was sold in the first place, they brought out the wrong sized ones AGAIN. Stay away from this place -- your car's longevity is at risk! Do not trust them to sell you the right parts or make good on their promises. More
Was told by the service manager that I could drop my car off early for service. When I got there at 6:30, a young man told me that they were closed and that I had to wait 1/2 hour to drop off my car.... an off early for service. Well then that would make me both stupid and a liar. And I am neither. What I am is truly disappointed in Antwerpen, especially since I bought the car there. And this was the second negative experience with service. There won’t be a third. And I will never buy another vehicle from them again. More
