He was extremely courteous, helpful and professional. We spent some time together; he asked me a lot of questions to understand my car needs/purchasing parameters. He showed me several cars, and we took 2 test drives. I met the finance person/manager. After discussing cars/options/price/monthly payment, etc. I settled on a 2016 Camry XLE. The exchange of info between Eric/Finance person & me was open, honest & straightforward. No silly game playing. I liked that. They gave me a deal I couldn't refuse, so I bought (leased) the car. Within 2-3 hours of walking in, I was driving home in a brand new car! It doesn't get any better than this. Kevin provided all of the information we needed, and he found exactly the vehicle we were searching for -- the Toyota Highlander! The staff was friendly with our children, thoroughly answered all of our questions, explained all of the options, and made the overall experience enjoyable for our family. Dave worked with us in the Finance department, and he is great as well. Dave explained everything, and he was very friendly and personable. Assured that vehicle was there. Traveled an hour and a half, checked out vehicle, decided to purchase and then told price listed online was a mistake. The best they could do was $7k higher than price listed. There was no budging on price, just attempts to convince what a great vehicle it is that's been sitting on the lot for a month. Never trust a price listed by this dealer! More

Classic bait and switch artists: BEWARE!!! After calling the dealership to make sure they had the vehicle we wanted, we drove over 2 hours to get there. We paid $24 in tolls, gas and hired a ba After calling the dealership to make sure they had the vehicle we wanted, we drove over 2 hours to get there. We paid $24 in tolls, gas and hired a babysitter. We were taken on a test drive first then got the famous ,"we have good news and bad news spiel". Come to find out they did not have the 2015 we intended to purchase (later found out they have NEVER owned this specific vehicle and someone in Pennsylvania has owned it since November 2015.) but they had a 2016 they were going to sell us "for the same price." Fortunately I am much smarter than they gave me credit for. They were trying to increase the amount we owed back for the rebate by at least $750-1000 . They were also trying to illegally charge us a destination fee of $900 (that's already built into the price of the vehicle). After walking out, my husband left a negative review on their Facebook page. They responded that upper management would be notified and would contact us. After not hearing back from the dealership, I reported them to Toyota Corporate for illegal business practices. All of a sudden the dealership wanted to talk. They offered $100 to reimburse us for our wasted time and money for traveling, with the stipulation that we remove our negative reviews. NO WAY!!!!!! Other prospective customers need to know what they are walking into so they can protect themselves from these con artists. After making it clear we would not remove our comments, they will not send us a check and have ceased all communication. I had specifically asked for the GM to call me. I have given them a week and a half to admit their wrongdoing and am now reporting them to the BBB and the Maryland State Attorney Generals office. More
