I brought my GR86 in for a simple oil change at Antwerpen Toyota, but they managed to damage the body of the lower rocker panel while putting it on the lift. I notified the service director and service advisor via email, however they do not seem to care in the slightest. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND bringing your GR86's and Supra's here because they obviously don't know how to put low sports cars on a lift without damaging the car. The rest of the staff here is very friendly and welcoming though. More
My vehicle’s interior dashboard was damaged while serviced at Antwerpen. Also, the repairs were not properly performed, causing a loud noise while operating. Antwerpen accepted the vehicle back to re serviced at Antwerpen. Also, the repairs were not properly performed, causing a loud noise while operating. Antwerpen accepted the vehicle back to redo the work, however, the dealership refused to take ownership for the damage caused to the interior dashboard while my vehicle was in their possession. Dealership's response: our technician told us that he did not cause the damage and we would need to replace the entire dashboard for this repair. I do not recommend using their service. More
I purchased a used vehicle from here almost two weeks ago. For two weeks, I have been waiting for them to pay off my trade-in, schedule the paintless dent repair they promised, provide the second key fob ago. My husband and I have followed up with the sales manager, finance manager, and copied the GM on several emails at this point - all of which have gone unanswered by every single person. The lack of communication and failure to follow through with promises is completely unacceptable. If I could return the vehicle I absolutely would, even though it is exactly what I was looking for. The customer experience has been *that* terrible. This dealership has done nothing they were supposed to do, and their management team clearly isn’t concerned about providing any customer service whatsoever, even the bare minimum. More

I recently bought a 2022 Sienna in June from this dealership. I have purchased three new cars from other dealerships and this is the worst experience I have ever hard, the staff is unfriendly and ver dealership. The finance department is full of scam, they added extras in the financial charges without asking, and when you realize it is very hard to cancel. It is very hard to even reach out to the operator to ask for certain departments as they simply don’t pick up the call. I tried to reach their most senior manager a few times and left messages on his voicemail with no answer. They don’t care about their customers. I highly discourage anyone from going to this dealership. 1 Star. More

I am writing this only to appreciate Tom Greene, the sales associate. He was above the board in taking care of getting my Mercedes shipped to Salt Lake City Utah. The rest of the dealership team seem to sales associate. He was above the board in taking care of getting my Mercedes shipped to Salt Lake City Utah. The rest of the dealership team seem to be quite irresponsible. For example, until Tom stepped in, the shipment of the vehicle delayed several times. Even though Bill the used car sales manager promised me to inform me with update. It never happened. I had to call every time to find out if the car has been shipped because I was never communicated. I bought the service contract from Chis Santiago. He never returned my call/email once and I never was able to get hold of Rajnee even though I left vm. I had to call Zurich to get the contract paper and they said that the dealer should have been provided me the contract paper. I feel that once the money is wired, the whole dealership ignored me except for Mr. Tom Greened. I will never deal with Antwerpen Toyota again. More
