I recently bought a 2022 Sienna in June from this dealership. I have purchased three new cars from other dealerships and this is the worst experience I have ever hard, the staff is unfriendly and ver dealership. The finance department is full of scam, they added extras in the financial charges without asking, and when you realize it is very hard to cancel. It is very hard to even reach out to the operator to ask for certain departments as they simply don’t pick up the call. I tried to reach their most senior manager a few times and left messages on his voicemail with no answer. They don’t care about their customers. I highly discourage anyone from going to this dealership. 1 Star. More

I am writing this only to appreciate Tom Greene, the sales associate. He was above the board in taking care of getting my Mercedes shipped to Salt Lake City Utah. The rest of the dealership team seem to sales associate. He was above the board in taking care of getting my Mercedes shipped to Salt Lake City Utah. The rest of the dealership team seem to be quite irresponsible. For example, until Tom stepped in, the shipment of the vehicle delayed several times. Even though Bill the used car sales manager promised me to inform me with update. It never happened. I had to call every time to find out if the car has been shipped because I was never communicated. I bought the service contract from Chis Santiago. He never returned my call/email once and I never was able to get hold of Rajnee even though I left vm. I had to call Zurich to get the contract paper and they said that the dealer should have been provided me the contract paper. I feel that once the money is wired, the whole dealership ignored me except for Mr. Tom Greened. I will never deal with Antwerpen Toyota again. More
Had a great experience buying my brand new corolla here. Called up Yomi Bello and the price he gave me over the phone was the price I paid. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! Buyer beware! I purchased a new Tacoma 2022 and I was continually told that it was arriving everyday and it took much longer than expected the General Manager is gre purchased a new Tacoma 2022 and I was continually told that it was arriving everyday and it took much longer than expected the General Manager is greedy and DOESNT CARE about customers. I had pleaded and asked them NOT to drill the front bumper of MY NEW 50K, Instead a angry and resentful lot attendant or staff happily lumping around the lot went ahead and punctured 2 LARGE holes in my front bumper!! Its clear they are resentful of people purchasing new vehicles. The car look was absolutely ruined and the holes large and uneven!! I attempted to contact the GM KIM DANCHULIS and he would not return my call or messages. I asked them to possibly repair the drilled holes and they laughed it off, "sorry nothing we can do". The finance woman is the rudest person in the entire dealership absolutely angry and rude to me because I paid cash for the vehicle, and she never followed through either with paperwork when I tried to initially purchase the car! The dismissive treatment I received from General Manager KIM DANCHULIS and his staff is like no other experience I have had in buying a vehicle. Why the manager will not address concerns of the customer, is because once the car goes off the lot thats all the dealership care about. I would NEVER consider purchasing a car from any ANTWERPEN DEALERSHIP and strongly recommend ANYONE considering buying a car from ANTWERPEN because of what they did to a brand new vehicle! More

Fortunately I kept all of the addendums, proved it was in the contract and asked for my money back... then they tried to tell me they gave it to me complimentary as it didn't show in the contract as a separate item...lol, as if that justifies their behavior...Buyer Beware...go elsewhere More
I called them to purchase a Sequoia Platinum. Contacted in the morning and they said they had a price for me. I asked for a slight negotiation, was told that Zander would ask his mgr and call me back in 10m. 2+ hours later, after repeated calls and texts to Zander, I called the sales dept to ask what was happening. Zander immediately called me back and told that they had sold the vehicle to someone else - AND that the vehicle had been reserved since yesterday - yet no one bothered to let me know. Wasted 24-hrs that I could have been pursuing other deals, 8+ phone calls, and hours waiting for calls that never came - absolutely the most under-handed (or disorganized, if I'm being charitable) experience I've ever had. Trust the ratings I guess. More
