Honest, straight forward attention I was in contact with the Todd for about two weeks via email before going to the dealership. When I went to the dealership he was prompt and attentiv I was in contact with the Todd for about two weeks via email before going to the dealership. When I went to the dealership he was prompt and attentive. I didn't receive any surprises. He showed me around the new prius prime and walked me through some of the tech. Because the color I had wanted was sold to someone else the day before, he made sure I was able to get the color I wanted within the week. He also quickly scheduled the ordering and installation of roof racks for the car. Car buying can be a stressful experience. I was glad that the stress was lessened by the sales team at Antwerpen. I know that I did't get want I wanted for my trade and there seemed to be some confusion about tags, but generally speaking, the whole process was much easier and less stressful than other places I bought cars. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I can't even begin to explain how great the service at Antwerpen Toyota is! After having an already bad day, my car decided to break down while on my I can't even begin to explain how great the service at Antwerpen Toyota is! After having an already bad day, my car decided to break down while on my way to pick my daughter up from school. You hear so many stories about dealerships and how they take advantage of their customers, which made me reluctant to even call them, however after realizing that I had no choice because I had to get to my daughter, I decided to bite the bullet and make the phone call to Antwerpen Toyota, knowing that they were local to me. I am so happy I made that phone call!! From the moment that PJ greeted me on the phone, I could tell that he genuinely cares for his customers and has their best interest at heart. I explained the situation to him and how important it was that I got the car looked at because I had to pick my child up from school and he immediately told me to come in. He had his shuttle driver take me to my daughter's school to pick her and then we returned to the dealership. By the time we returned to the dealership, he had already had his technician test drive and assess my car and they had diagnosed the problem. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my vehicle and what they would need to do to fix it. Because they had the parts needed in stock, I decided to go ahead and get the repairs done that day. PJ gave me an estimated wait time and his technician got to work. My vehicle was done well within the time frame given and ran like new!! I can't express how thankful I am for the great customer service and care that my family was given at Antwerpen Toyota! I'm leaving this review in hopes that an elderly person, a woman or someone with no knowledge in automobiles is not screwed by these scoundrels. I have lifetime oil changes so I have many stories of unnecessary work required. I go else where unless its major work best performed by a toyota factory trained technician which is rare with Toyota's. The keyword is "recommendation" which they shield themselves behind. So be sure to ask if its a safety issue or necessary service or is it a recommendation. Don't be fooled by it will void manufacturers warranty.....To Antwerpen: Eliminate commission be honest with your customer and treat them like it was your mother. I can guarantee you an increase in service and sales...everyone knows word of mouth is king! More
