Deceitful, avoid this dealer Driver's side window came off the track. Antwerpen Toyota charged me ~$140 to diagnose. The claimed it was not covered under the Certified Pre-owne Driver's side window came off the track. Antwerpen Toyota charged me ~$140 to diagnose. The claimed it was not covered under the Certified Pre-owned Warranty, despite the fact that it was clear that someone had opened the door previously to do some work. Obviously it was a pre-existing condition that they refused (as did Toyota of North America) to fix under warranty. As this wasn't enough, they claimed I needed a "Glass Tab Assembly", which is a $495 item....PLUS labor to install. So, total on that would likely have been $700+. Just had a Toyota certified shop fix the window for $150. I am sure they could claim that their quote reflected their assessment as to what needed to be fixed. using that same rationale, they could also have told me the engine needed to be replaced. Bottom line, either they're bad at their jobs, or they're just dishonest. Shameful. They won't see my business again, ever. More

Great Experience I just bought a new highlander and Yomi was extremely helpful during the process. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the Toyota bra I just bought a new highlander and Yomi was extremely helpful during the process. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the Toyota brand and the specific vehicle I was purchasing. He was patient in answering my questions and making sure I got exactly what I wanted even though it took some extra work, and he wasn't pushy at any time. I had to wait for my vehicle to be built and delivered, and Yomi was great at communicating the status of everything along the way which was extremely helpful. I would recommend anyone in the market for a Toyota to visit Yomi at Antwerpen Toyota! Thanks for a great experience! More

I walked into Antwerpen with Avalon as first choice but while test driving I picked Todd' brain about the Highlander - end result is history. The Best Customer Service I had a recall for my car and I called the day before to be sure the part was in. Eric McMickings went above and beyond on the phone to help me - he was no less than fantastic (very patient and helpful)! When I got to the location the next day I was impressed with the service area- you drive your car to the door, it automatically opens and you drive right inside (it is very clean and new). PJ Stout consulted with me for my car service. When he asked if I was having any other problems I told him about my trunk being stuck and that I was planning to get a price from AAA to fix it. He actually walked out to my car with me and fixed the "auto-lock" in less than a minute! He then walked me to the waiting area and came back a little while later to tell me they were almost done. When my car was ready he handed me the keys, I walked out the door and my car was driven to me. I have never been treated so well at an auto-dealer. When I buy my next Toyota it will be from here! PS: the waiting area is pretty cool too! More

extremely bad From the moment you come to the dealership you were treated to an environment designed to put people in an uncomfortable position. From the loud radio From the moment you come to the dealership you were treated to an environment designed to put people in an uncomfortable position. From the loud radio blasting out commercials with a TV playing at the same at a very high volume, to the fact that the people dealing with you had no authority to negotiate anything, the long wait between every step of the negotiation, these are all the signs of a pressure sale environment. Our fist visit was wasted, since even after having called beforehand to arrange an appointment to see a car, when we arrived after a 40 minute drive, the car was not there. When we came back for a second time we could test drive the car. When we started the negotiation it turns out that the fees from the dealer where close to 3000 dollars close to 25% of the price of the car. Most annoying was the lack of transparency in clarity about the origin of this charges. We were told that the dealer would charge about 800 for tags and registration, which we considered outrageous. Although the young sales people are nice, management of the place is terrible. we left in complete disgust. I would stay away from this place. note: we did not wan to mention names but were forced to do so since the system would not allow to complete the process without identifying a sales person. We dealt with two young persons the are not in the list and not with Joe More
