While the sales associate at Koon's was outstanding and sold us on the car, the way we were "handled" on our initial contact by the finance manager soured us and prompted us to walk away. When contacted by phone later that same day, Antwerpen Toyota was apologetic for Toyota as their representative for our experience, and met our product and financial needs by phone. That prompted us to purchase from them the following day. More

Like the old days Having visited multiple dealers over several weeks (Mercedes, Lexus, Lincoln, Buick, Hyundai) I was about to simply stop looking and keep my 2012 Linc Having visited multiple dealers over several weeks (Mercedes, Lexus, Lincoln, Buick, Hyundai) I was about to simply stop looking and keep my 2012 Lincoln MKZ for as long as possible. Worse case as the dealer (Koons Lincoln) who refused to let me leave dealership with a copy of the proposed sales; best case (obviously) was Antwerpen. In between were complicated discussions of certified vs. non-certified; coverage during varying post-sale periods and exchanges about whether scratches would or would not be repaired before the sale. Moreover, the demands of new technology and safety features seemed overwhelming. Of course, implied "deals" become less certain the closer I came to purchase. Last dealership visited was Antwerpen. No pressure, all the time necessary to obtain information and ask questions and between Mr. Gordon and Eric Crawford we moved from discussion to purchase seamlessly. The 2016 Avalon Limited met all of my expectations for a luxury auto (similar to the Lexus ES I was considering) with more technology packaged in a much less complex user-friendly manner. Eric Crawford was there to assure that the car would be ready when I arrived to pick it up. He patiently showed me how to use all of the safety features; he identified other things for me to notice and assured me that he will e available whenever questions arise. Mr. Gordon put together a package that provides both a very fair price and long-term coverage for maintenance and service for years to come. After three days I cannot be more pleased and expect that when wife's car needs replacement we will begin our search at Antwerpen with calls to Mr. Crawford and Gordon. More
