I have purchased four cars from Antwerpen over the years and have never been disappointed. Our recent purchase of a Toyota Highlander Hybrid was extra special today because of the people involved: the Sale and have never been disappointed. He also explained the basic functions of the vehicle so that they were easily understood. I would recommend JC to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota. The finance person, Jesse, did a fantastic job using a high tech desk surface that allowed us to sign everything electronically and gave us a copy of all our documents on a thumb drive. The Manager thanked us for purchasing from Antwerpen as well. Lastly, a thank you to our friend Brian Dolan who came through by locating a car matching our requirements and getting such a great team to make the purchase very easy. If I could give this dealership a big fat 0 star I gladly would. They are not even worth the lowest 1 star review. The end result was when they finally had the truck on the lot they sold it while I was on a test drive with it on my scheduled appt time. Oh, Antonio was a pushy jerk. I do not recommend this dealership. I have since bought a truck at the best dealership with the best sales associate. If you want a fair deal at a great dealership with honest people and not jerks it is definitely worth the drive to Sloane Toyota of Malvern PA. Eric and Steve were excellent to work with. More

I brought my GR86 in for a simple oil change at Antwerpen Toyota, but they managed to damage the body of the lower rocker panel while putting it on the lift. I notified the service director and service advis Toyota, but they managed to damage the body of the lower rocker panel while putting it on the lift. I notified the service director and service advisor via email, however they do not seem to care in the slightest. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND bringing your GR86's and Supra's here because they obviously don't know how to put low sports cars on a lift without damaging the car. The rest of the staff here is very friendly and welcoming though. More

My vehicle’s interior dashboard was damaged while serviced at Antwerpen. Also, the repairs were not properly performed, causing a loud noise while operating. Antwerpen accepted the vehicle back to re serviced at Antwerpen. Also, the repairs were not properly performed, causing a loud noise while operating. Antwerpen accepted the vehicle back to redo the work, however, the dealership refused to take ownership for the damage caused to the interior dashboard while my vehicle was in their possession. Dealership's response: our technician told us that he did not cause the damage and we would need to replace the entire dashboard for this repair. I do not recommend using their service. More

I purchased a used vehicle from here almost two weeks ago. For two weeks, I have been waiting for them to pay off my trade-in, schedule the paintless dent repair they promised, provide the second key fob ago. For two weeks, I have been waiting for them to pay off my trade-in, schedule the paintless dent repair they promised, provide the second key fob, process the transfer of my tags, provide my LoJack information, and refund my deposit since I financed the entire amount through my credit union. My husband and I have followed up with the sales manager, finance manager, and copied the GM on several emails at this point - all of which have gone unanswered by every single person. The lack of communication and failure to follow through with promises is completely unacceptable. If I could return the vehicle I absolutely would, even though it is exactly what I was looking for. The customer experience has been *that* terrible. This dealership has done nothing they were supposed to do, and their management team clearly isn’t concerned about providing any customer service whatsoever, even the bare minimum. More
