Beware this service department! ! My son took his 2016 Toyota Corolla in after a check engine light came on. He now lives about an hour away from our regular mechanic so he took it t ! He now lives about an hour away from our regular mechanic so he took it to Antwerpen which is much closer for a multi-point inspection. These scammers came back with almost $3100 in repairs on a car that is regularly serviced. I told him to immediately go get the car, but he had already approved them changing the spark plugs ($350). We took the Antwerpen list of repairs to our regular mechanic, and he said **none** of them were necessary. None!! Not even the spark plugs. The dashboard light could’ve been due to something as minor as a loose gas cap. The only conclusion to draw from this is that the Antwerpen service dept. are crooks. Stay far away unless you want these vultures picking your pockets!! More

He also explained the basic functions of the vehicle so that they were easily understood. I would recommend JC to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota. The finance person, Jesse, did a fantastic job using a high tech desk surface that allowed us to sign everything electronically and gave us a copy of all our documents on a thumb drive. The Manager thanked us for purchasing from Antwerpen as well. Lastly, a thank you to our friend Brian Dolan who came through by locating a car matching our requirements and getting such a great team to make the purchase very easy. The end result was when they finally had the truck on the lot they sold it while I was on a test drive with it on my scheduled appt time. Oh, Antonio was a pushy jerk. I do not recommend this dealership. I have since bought a truck at the best dealership with the best sales associate. If you want a fair deal at a great dealership with honest people and not jerks it is definitely worth the drive to Sloane Toyota of Malvern PA. Eric and Steve were excellent to work with. More
