Wish I could give 0 stars (terrible service and lies) Let's start with Jay Tauber. Rude from the start after just looking at car. Since my car has cosmetic stuff done ( tints, lip kit, exhaust) and only Let's start with Jay Tauber. Rude from the start after just looking at car. Since my car has cosmetic stuff done ( tints, lip kit, exhaust) and only 22k miles stock motor wise though he wrote of my car right then. Right away told me no warranty will cover it... I explained I had an extended warranty which he had zero interest in even listening about since it wasn't one he had in the system or worked with before. Found out later after taking it to another toyato dealership it was still under power train warranty so lie #1. They took car in to get diagnosis code was p0016 crankshaft camshaft correlation .... when called the next day they tried to tell me I had performance mods done and I should take to performance shop. IT'S A STOCK MOTOR!!! tints.. lip kit or exhaust HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT CODE!! Not to mention I was then asked to pay for another hour when they didn't even do anything from the first charge or diagnostic time ( plus this was under warranty and they were telling me is wasn't). Go up for more info and talk to Jay where I witnessed a tech drive off in my car down the street ... revving car in high rpms ( joy riding) I expressed my concern and Jay told me to my face whatever the reason he did it was it was fine and that later he will ask him the reason for his own curiosity but nothing more. Would not explain what the extra hour was needed for or didn't even know what the tech was doing work wise to car. Again he told me take it to a performance shop or independent shop. Asked to talk to Director Charles Howser, he pretended to care and that he was understanding of situation but did nothing to help was again told he would look into it and he didn't know what was going on either. 3rd day in shop called again they refuse to now work on car period. They said " we aren't touching it" so no work was done, nothing was figured out so why was a tech driving my car and why do I have more miles on my car than when I dropped it off??? No need for a test drive when off the break you refused to work on it. They told me once again to take to performance shop ... I explained again why would I take a stock motor to a performance shop and all he did was say so they can open it up and figure out that problem. In the end I believe they just don't have the knowledge or techs with the skill level to proform job. They even tried to say my floor mats where unsafe. Which is a big joke since they are the stock ones that come on the car when you buy it. Every single employee that worked there seem to have zero knowledge of cars or what cars where even being worked on and why. Took car to another toyato dealership and they were more than willing to do the work under factory warranty, but to find out Antwerpen contacted toyato and lied and told them I had work done at a performance shop and it was not stock so they flagged my car. Had to pay 1k to prove car motor was 100% stock which was proven and flag removed because it was always stock and not true (have pictures and paper work as proof). Will be going to talk to GM on this issue and lies of this shop. More

Excellent Buying Experience I walked in planning on a test drive, and seeing the car in person. A couple hours later, I was driving my new car home.
