By far the worst experience having my car serviced I do not recommend that you take your vehicle to this dealership. The service adviser Marvin Robinson even stated that employees that work there do no I do not recommend that you take your vehicle to this dealership. The service adviser Marvin Robinson even stated that employees that work there do not recommend that friends and family take their vehicles to the dealership, that they are scammers. Marvin stated that the managers have instructed them to charge as high as possible for unnecessary services and repairs. Also, they are instructed as part of their training to look for certain clues that will get them to charge more to customers and are trained to use scare tactics that will get customers to agree to have unnecessary services performed. The service advisers are also instructed to check the person's home address and social media accounts to see where they live to assess their income level. They also check for clues in the car such a baby car seat because these people will trust anything they say to keep the car "safe". Women are particularly easy targets because "they do not question anything". I was taken advantage by the service department for unnecessary repairs. I have pending complaints with the BBB and Toyota USA requesting mediation and a refund for hundredths of dollars charged in unneeded repairs and service contracts. The dealership rating on BBB is D-, they also have numerous complaints on various sites. Their dishonesty is by far the worst that I have seen and goes through the entire business management. Choose a different place of business to have your vehicle repaired, you have been warned! More

Terrible...Don't fall for the fake reviews. I went here a few weeks ago because I was in the market for a new Toyota 4Runner. I submitted a request for a test drive appointment through their web I went here a few weeks ago because I was in the market for a new Toyota 4Runner. I submitted a request for a test drive appointment through their website and received an email confirming my appointment with "Senior 4Runner Specialist" Ross Chopra. When I arrived I was informed that a new employee trainee would be demonstrating the vehicle for me and assisting with the test drive. The trainee was incredibly nice, but didn't know anything about the two 4Runners I wanted to test drive. That's no fault of her own as I got the impression that she hasn't been selling Toyotas for very long. I ended up test driving both vehicles on my own. The real problem arose when I concluded my test drives. Mr. Chopra became very aggressive and rude when it became evident to him that I was still shopping other dealerships for the best price and wasn't prepared to buy that evening. He accused me of using "his" dealership to demo the 4Runners and told me that I was lying when I said that I had received a better price from a competing dealership. He told me that there was no way we would be able to do a deal and essentially asked me to leave the dealership. Steer clear of this dealership folks. There are other Toyota dealerships in Maryland and Virginia that are willing to do business the right way. More
