Another disappointed customer of Antwerpen Toyota My husband and I spent several hours at this location to purchase a truck. Initially, when dealing with the sales rep, we had a good experience, until My husband and I spent several hours at this location to purchase a truck. Initially, when dealing with the sales rep, we had a good experience, until it came to financing the car. When everything was pretty much done, the manager realized that they didn't price the vehicle properly and had made an error, therefore, they couldn't sell the car. Instead, they were rude, and extremely unprofessional while we tried to be as cooperative as possible about their mistake. Although they "priced the car incorrectly," the price on their website hasn't changed and is still the same. Makes me believe that they are just making things up here. We were in touch with the store to resolve the error, but were hung up on and were treated poorly by staff members and the management team. Overall, this was an unfortunate and disappointing experience since the dealership did nothing to fix their error, and instead treated their customer poorly. I don't recommend anyone waste their time by going to this location because of the lack of customer service and treatment you get. I'm glad I didn't actually end up giving them any business and making a bad deal. More

Pierre Castor Awesome I walked into the used car side on Tuesday Dec. 4 stressed too the max but when I say I had the most friendliest, funny,and understanding salesperson I walked into the used car side on Tuesday Dec. 4 stressed too the max but when I say I had the most friendliest, funny,and understanding salesperson that I have ever had when buying a new or used vehicle. Pierre really went above and beyond to make this transaction as smooth and easy for me. I started off on the new car side on Dec. 2 but got the run around for days and I was due out of my rental on the day I met Mr. Castor and he was not willing to let me leave this time without a vehicle and thanks to him and his team I drove off the lot that night in a 2014 jeep Cherokee limited edition. This is my 3rd truck from Antwerpen and as long as Pierre is there i will keep coming back and sending my friends and family. More
