Nope. We recently purchased a fully loaded 2018 Ford Explorer. In shopping around we wanted to look at Toyota, Honda, Subaru and ford (no GM!) so we decide We recently purchased a fully loaded 2018 Ford Explorer. In shopping around we wanted to look at Toyota, Honda, Subaru and ford (no GM!) so we decided to go here. This has to be the most pretentious and snobby dealership I had the displeasure of walking into. First I was cut off on my way to the receptionist desk by a sales lady who raised her eyebrow at me, didn’t greet me and started to talk to the receptionist before I could. When I did speak to the receptionist I was then handed over to a gentleman that seemed so disinterested in speaking with me and wore so much cologne that my eyes watered from the 5 minutes he spent in a vehicle with me. He didn’t seem interested in actually entertaining me or my inquiry. He wasn’t interested in suggesting any ideas or anything else. He proceeded to tell me that he’s “sure they give better trade in prices than car max” and tells me not to even waste my time getting my car appraised by them. When I informed him that would be against my financial best interest to not get s few quotes he rolled his eyes at me. Lastly I had to speak to the manager before leaving who asked which vehicle was mine and I pointed out my husband’s 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 and his eyes lit up and he stated how big it was and excitedly inquired as to if I was going to trade it in.... I can only assume he was speculating how much money he could make off of it, especially given that they didn’t even want me to check around to see if I could get the best price for my trade in elsewhere... knowledgeable customers are always less $$$ for the dealership. I wouldn’t buy a car here due to the sales people alone. I ended up leaving here and driving over to a dealership on rt 40 to check out the highlander. Waste of time and effort - maybe I should have dressed more snobbish and I would have been taken more seriously than I was in my jeans and north face hoodie? More

Another disappointed customer of Antwerpen Toyota My husband and I spent several hours at this location to purchase a truck. Initially, when dealing with the sales rep, we had a good experience, until My husband and I spent several hours at this location to purchase a truck. Initially, when dealing with the sales rep, we had a good experience, until it came to financing the car. When everything was pretty much done, the manager realized that they didn't price the vehicle properly and had made an error, therefore, they couldn't sell the car. Instead, they were rude, and extremely unprofessional while we tried to be as cooperative as possible about their mistake. Although they "priced the car incorrectly," the price on their website hasn't changed and is still the same. Makes me believe that they are just making things up here. We were in touch with the store to resolve the error, but were hung up on and were treated poorly by staff members and the management team. Overall, this was an unfortunate and disappointing experience since the dealership did nothing to fix their error, and instead treated their customer poorly. I don't recommend anyone waste their time by going to this location because of the lack of customer service and treatment you get. I'm glad I didn't actually end up giving them any business and making a bad deal. More
