I had such a fantastic buying experience with Ross and Regina back in November, so I'm happy to say the service department is just as great as sales. It was also a huge bonus that I was told my service would take 1-1.5 hours, and it only ended up being 45 minutes. More

Nope. We recently purchased a fully loaded 2018 Ford Explorer. In shopping around we wanted to look at Toyota, Honda, Subaru and ford (no GM!) so we decide We recently purchased a fully loaded 2018 Ford Explorer. In shopping around we wanted to look at Toyota, Honda, Subaru and ford (no GM!) so we decided to go here. This has to be the most pretentious and snobby dealership I had the displeasure of walking into. First I was cut off on my way to the receptionist desk by a sales lady who raised her eyebrow at me, didn’t greet me and started to talk to the receptionist before I could. When I did speak to the receptionist I was then handed over to a gentleman that seemed so disinterested in speaking with me and wore so much cologne that my eyes watered from the 5 minutes he spent in a vehicle with me. He didn’t seem interested in actually entertaining me or my inquiry. He wasn’t interested in suggesting any ideas or anything else. He proceeded to tell me that he’s “sure they give better trade in prices than car max” and tells me not to even waste my time getting my car appraised by them. When I informed him that would be against my financial best interest to not get s few quotes he rolled his eyes at me. Lastly I had to speak to the manager before leaving who asked which vehicle was mine and I pointed out my husband’s 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 and his eyes lit up and he stated how big it was and excitedly inquired as to if I was going to trade it in.... I can only assume he was speculating how much money he could make off of it, especially given that they didn’t even want me to check around to see if I could get the best price for my trade in elsewhere... knowledgeable customers are always less $$$ for the dealership. I wouldn’t buy a car here due to the sales people alone. I ended up leaving here and driving over to a dealership on rt 40 to check out the highlander. Waste of time and effort - maybe I should have dressed more snobbish and I would have been taken more seriously than I was in my jeans and north face hoodie? More
