Appointment doesn't work I scheduled an appointment at 12:00 pm online and drove 7+ miles for an oil change, Tire rotation etc with my busy schedule with a hope that appointme I scheduled an appointment at 12:00 pm online and drove 7+ miles for an oil change, Tire rotation etc with my busy schedule with a hope that appointment will save time. I even got a confirmation text on my cell. When I reached there, the service manager told me that their mechanics don't work between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm. What a waste of time. I can understand that they also need to eat but they could have had someone in rotation to make the business going. Or else, they could have blocked those times so that we won't be able to make an appointment during that time interval. More
