We have now been to this dealership twice for a recall notice from Hyundai. It has been checked twice yet we are still getting notifications from Hyundai that it has not been checked because the dealershi notice from Hyundai. I've never met a Service Advisor there. I find it odd that a luxury car dealer like Genesis doesn't assign their customers a service manager. When I owned Mercedes, Cadillac and Lincoln I I find it odd that a luxury car dealer like Genesis doesn't assign their customers a service manager. When I owned Mercedes, Cadillac and Lincoln I did. At Antwerpen you get greeted by a service tech who ask what you are there for. Which I find odd. The computer that they are looking at should tell them. It certainly would be more reassuring knowing that the person who is taking your car knows why you are there. Then you walk through what I think is the service advisor office. Then you sit and wait. I waited 3.25 hours. Then the typical results...a lady walks in the waiting room and calls your name, hands you a peace of paper and ask you to sign it. There is never any explanation of what was done or not done. This is not customer service. The icing on the cake was when I got to my car it smelled like gasoline!! I was there so long and once again not pleased with what Antwerpen believes is a "service" department that I just left. I was hoping that the smell would just dissipate. It's been four days now and my car stills smells of fuel. I've left the sun roof open over night. I have to drive with the windows open, because the smell gives me a headache 😡. I believe I have been to your dealership 4 times since I've had my car. I have never been pleased with the service, or there the lack of service. I'm sure Mr Antwerpen wouldn't be happy if he knew this. I don't even know who your "Service Manager" is. You asked how everything went, well now you have it. Thank you! More
