I submitted an email inquiring about the car and Nick Iliff responded by email. Nick asked me what my preferred method of communication was and I responded with "email." He respected my request and never called my phone. Nick was courteous and answered all my questions. When I finally showed up for a test drive, Nick was a zero-pressure salesman and let me take the car out by myself (no backseat salesman) and for as long as I needed.
