I had approved financing going in; however, I was able to save money by financing through Hyundai thanks to general sales manager, Travis Talbott. The entire team, including the after market sales and finance closing team, were respectful of my financial constraints and in the end I didn't feel pushed into purchasing items for my car that would have increased my payments beyond my comfort zone. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly and seemed genuinely concerned that my overall experience with the car buying process at Antwerpin Hyundai went very smoothly. He explained that I would be receiving a check in the mail from Hyundai for the prorated amount. Russ had looked into the matter, after our earlier discussion of my concern on the phone today and got back to me very quickly when he realized the reason for my misunderstanding. I went in the store just to look around. I was greeted, I was able to walk around the store with out feeling like I was being HAWKED. I seen a car I liked, test drove it, I LOVED it.
