Very poor communication and extremely delayed service times. 60-minute service took over 3 hours. My rating is based on the text I received from the advisor after I responded back to if I was happy with my visit. In the end I was not because my issue was not fixed and when I was provided the paper advisor after I responded back to if I was happy with my visit. "Hello we performed diagnoses as requested. i gave you the website in your paperwork if you read it.we could not do an update because of we can only do some and that is in control of Hyundai not Antwerpen or the employee's.And yes you did have an itemized list of what your car needs because we perform a multi point inspection to all vehicles that come in. that is the technicians job.it is your choice how you want to take care of your vehicle. we told you what was needed and that is our service charge because you are at a dealer and at any service shop believe is not free to check. Please if you are frustrated i understand but we do not control Hyundai or the way they make a vehicle . please contact Hyundai. have a great day. I appreciate your feedback and if you receive a survey please reflect on Hyundai not the Advisor it affects our job. Thank you again." More
