Wi I'm writing a review on the Service Dept. Everyone needs to know if you can trust and have faith in the service of your vehicle after the purchase. With Antwerpen Hyundai, my answer is absolutely! I was very pleasantly surprised as they have the best Hyundai dealership around for after the sale service. I was truly impressed with such professional staff members like Tom Blackmon Service Mgr or Coordinator? ...and Service Tech William Wright (sp?) . They helped us get a big problem resolved that we could not seem to get anyone to truly engage and make an effort to help us with at the Bob Bell Glen Burnie dealership, who honestly didn't appear to know much about this model car and refused to make much of an effort to help us resolve even though there were multiple references about the same problem from many many many other Elantra owners . Had to chase them for answers, updates and was not impressed at all. Some of the worst service in terms of effort I had ever experienced. We were honestly ready to trade the car and buy anther brand car if this was what we were going to have for our after care service. My daughter read that Antwerpen had some 5 star ratings and so we decided to go 50 minutes out of our way... and no where near our home based on what we had read to be good service experiences. They were spot on! We received some of the very best service and follow up I've ever received, including prior BMW service experiences. They stayed in contact with us even on the eve of Memorial day weekend and made sure we knew the status throughout the service process which took several days as part were needed and had to be obtained and received. They seemed very honest and I appreciated their interest and how they engaged and explained the proposed diagnoses and explanation of needing the "Tech Line" authority to proceed. Easy to see this staff is well trained and knows their stuff. I rarely have experienced a great service experience, and this one is worth writing about ! Can't thank Tom and William enough ...they're awesome ! Great assets for an organization like Antwerpen ! Even though they are almost an hour away, we'll be going there..... even for oil changes! Other Hyundai dealerships (Bob Bell) take note.....this is how you take care of a customer ! Steve G More

As I had a trade-in, the sales person was quite honest in letting me know financing would be easier with a brand new car. The finance department and salesman explained the ins and outs of financing and the interest rate I could get with the newer model. They were able to find me a vehicle to my liking and I am quite happy with the very first brand new car I have ever purchased. More

We absolutely loved the Santa Fe with the 3rd row option so we compared pricing with the competition and it was no comparison. You get so much more for your money with the Santa Fe.
