What Customer Service Really Looks Like purchased a vehicle in Nov and had problems with it, at first, I was frustrated and annoyed with this dealership, until I spoke with the manager Zil a purchased a vehicle in Nov and had problems with it, at first, I was frustrated and annoyed with this dealership, until I spoke with the manager Zil and Josh Caldwell. Josh Caldwell was very caring, kind, trusting and dedicated to his job and us. We had to travel over 2 hours to have maintenance work done on our vehicle and Josh stayed on the phone with us to ensure of our safety. Even though we have been through some rough times, because of those 2, I am very pleased, however, I don't know of the other managers name, but he is Asian or look of Asian decent, was very rude and disrespectful. He was uncaring and have no sense of loyalty to customers. I don't believe he know what courtesy is. But once again, Josh Caldwell, thank you for a job well done and your politeness.
