After another sudden change, I found myself back the next day to complete my purchase. I had decided to upgrade a little, and that was handled smoothly and professionally. I was granted an independent test drive of the car I wanted to upgrade to and took it home about 90 minutes later. I am very pleased with my Elantra. More

TJ was terrific explaining the differences in modlel years and trim levels. He worked hard to get us a great deal. We walked away knowing we had received a really good deal. No second thoughts - period. The sales manager, Fares, and the general Manager, Zil, are quite involved making sure their customers are satisfied. What a great experience! We will be back when our daughter starts to drive! More

Ronald made a stressful experience for me so much easier! Ronald approached me within a few minutes of my arrival. He was very personable and immediately asked me what I was looking for. I was looking for a 2nd vehicle to avoid racking up miles on my Challenger, I came in with a pretty strict budget that I wanted to adhere to and what I was looking for in a vehicle (and not a whole lot of time to find a 2nd car before starting a new position requiring more travel). Ronald only showed me vehicles that matched what I expressed I wanted/needed and did not waste my time or his trying to sell me something else. Once my mind was made up, we went back to the office and started rolling on the paperwork. He offered food and beverages and continued conversation, never leaving awkward pauses while waiting for the financing part to be worked out. I'm very happy with my decision to purchase the 2016 Tucson and I would come back to Ronald in the future for my vehicle needs! More

Bought New Car We were shopping for a new car. We stopped by Antwerpen and the staff was very professional and friendly where they did everything I asked for but ne We were shopping for a new car. We went back the second time for test drive and they gave me a price quote. Several days later, we were able to come to agree on the price and purchase the vehicle. Overall buying experience was great. More
OK experience it was an ok purchase wished the process would have been faster waited longer than i wanted to stay there for someone to take my check and process the it was an ok purchase wished the process would have been faster waited longer than i wanted to stay there for someone to take my check and process the paper work. maybe it was the time of day if i go back i might go during the day time. update 05/23/2017 I received a call back back to Today from a nice individual Fatima and rectify situation this is how customer service should be. new update 06/01/17 like a bad penny just keeps on coming back. long story short i received a letter from the mva stating i was going to get fined for not returning my tags that i request and payed for to be transferred to my new car. but for some reason transfer cannot be done. but i was not told that when i was paying for the car and talking to the tags and title guy he just went ahead and process it anyway and took my check. so almost 30 days passed no one from the dealers has notified me that i was driving with an invalid tags until i brought it up the sales manager which help me well. when i called the 1st time and spoke to my sales person she told me to disregard it. If i did i would probably paying a a pretty big fine from the MVA right now. luckily i went with my gut and follow up with the manager. so with all that aggravation they had to reissue me new tags best part they actually charge me more money for the new tags when i could have just payed it when for the car. !!! that's just great customer service!! other than the sales manager that was very nice and helpful. so after almost 5 hours of wait to just payed the car which i had the check in my had to pay in full almost 30 days of driving around with an invalid tags. few hours wasted of personal time that I don't have from work so for my 1st new car buying experience from this place this was totally a bust. More
