I was, however, left with a bitter taste by a member of man My sales person, Robert Wales, was an example of professionalism, friendliness and skill. I was, however, left with a bitter taste by a member of management, who had assured me, both verbally and in writing, that the final USAA price for my car was $23,736, after Hyundai rebates . When asked how I would be paying for the car, I told him that I would pay cash for most of it, and that I had financing approved (at 1.9 percent int.) for the balance. He then explained to me I could get $750 if I financed with Hyundai instead. I consented to it so I may get a deduction of $750 from the agreed price of the car. A moment later, however, the manager came to the sales person to tell us that the $750 discount for financing with Hyundai was already included in the $23,736 agreed upon price. It became clear to me then that the price of the car would have increased by $750 instead, if I financed the balance through my USAA bank. Because I did not think that it was fair, I was told that I could pay the Hyundai financing (at 3.9 percent interest) after the third payment and keep the agreed upon price for the car More

After another sudden change, I found myself back the next day to complete my purchase. I had decided to upgrade a little, and that was handled smoothly and professionally. TJ was terrific explaining the differences in modlel years and trim levels. He worked hard to get us a great deal. We walked away knowing we had received a really good deal. No second thoughts - period. The sales manager, Fares, and the general Manager, Zil, are quite involved making sure their customers are satisfied. What a great experience! We will be back when our daughter starts to drive! More

I was looking for a 2nd vehicle to avoid racking up miles on my Challenger, I came in with a pretty strict budget that I wanted to adhere to and what I was looking for in a vehicle (and not a whole lot of time to find a 2nd car before starting a new position requiring more travel). Ronald only showed me vehicles that matched what I expressed I wanted/needed and did not waste my time or his trying to sell me something else. Once my mind was made up, we went back to the office and started rolling on the paperwork. He offered food and beverages and continued conversation, never leaving awkward pauses while waiting for the financing part to be worked out. I'm very happy with my decision to purchase the 2016 Tucson and I would come back to Ronald in the future for my vehicle needs! More
