I wanted a white Sonata Hybrid SEL. Ryan, one of the sales managers had my car there in a day. Sang was the salesperson who helped me through the process. My service writer was oblivious to my presence (too busy on his cell phone). My vehicle was scheduled for 7:30 AM and was the first in line. I was supposed to get the complimentary oil change and a 30K serv on his cell phone). My vehicle was scheduled for 7:30 AM and was the first in line. I was supposed to get the complimentary oil change and a 30K service interval (which I paid for) . 5 HOURS later ( while waiting at the dealer) I was then charged for the oil change and given my keys. Your technicians have been thorough and professional, that only works if you can get past the intake personnel. More

After getting checked in, I was told that there were several vehicles ahead of me, even though I had a scheduled appointment time. The service rep seemed to be confused as to why that would be a problem for me and explained that even with an appointment, I should expect to wait at least 90 minutes. One good note, Jasmine was very helpful in making my wait more comfortable. More
