My only complaint is that I have been a loyal, faithful, Antwerpen Hyundai customer - for 15 years. I am now in my 70s, and my budget is very limited. Since I am such a loyal customer, I would greatly appreciate Antwerpen giving either a 'senior' discount or a 'loyal customer' discount. I brought in a lot of coupons - but was only allowed to use one. My bill came to $480.00 - which I guess is not a lot for people who have full-time jobs - but on my limited income, my budget took a bit hit. More

The lies, the wait, the horrible attitudes - The WORST I would gladly give this dealership zero stars if DeakerRater would let me. Where to start? The dealership is in the middle of nowhere, but online they offer all the Hyundai specials plus an extra discount. You do the preapproval paperwork and they promise you by phone that what you see if what you'll pay. HAHAHAHA. I drove 2 hours from DC in my rental car to the dealership ready to pick up my car and go home. The plan was to drop off the rental in Clarksville and bring my new car home. Shouldn't have been a problem because I already had the VIN and insured the car. EXCEPT, oops, they sold the car out from under us that day. An hour and a half later, I'm told we have to buy LoJack protection for the car because it's already installed, but they'll give you the $650 employee rate (Tell them to go screw themselves, it doesn't make your insurance go down and they're lying). Another hour and a half later I've missed a prenatal appointment because their computers are down, during which time a xxxxxxx manager tried to pressure us to take a different car, the sales rep kept lying about LoJack, and Ms. Attitude from the finance department expresses she's highly annoyed that I'm annoyed their dealership has no internet. I had to return my rental in the middle of this debacle, so now I'm stuck 50 miles from home with no car and just wanted to leave, which I told them multiple times. Finally I get into the financing department and receive a much lower credit score from their office than the ones saved on my phone through multiple credit bureau searches. Turns out Hyundai and Antwerpen ran my credit three times - just enough to drop it into Experian's "fair category" and give me a higher interest rate. By this time, sitting there 3 hours, starving, and about to faint at six months pregnant, I could hardly think. I signed the lease, got home and saw it was for 72 months - not the 60 I was quoted online. Since Maryland has no protection for car buyers, I'm stuck with it....but not before filing a complaint with the BBB, working with Hyundai USA in California, and making sure everyone knows these people are horrible and the "no hassle" experience means almost 4 hours at the dealership, swindling, and lies from the sales rep up the chain. I will never buy another hyundai, which stinks because we love our car. Oh well. More

Kevin Castillo our sales rep at the dealer was very professional and helpful, and made us feel very comfortable buying the car. He and Shawn Hashemi gave us a great deal in our trade-in and we walked away with a great car and a fantastic deal. The rest of the staff was great as well Catherine Orsorio in Finance and other folks in the dealership. All in all a pleasant experience. More

He carefully explained what additional service was needed also for safety reasons. I waited for my car to be serviced and I got it back at exactly the time promised.
