Smooth Buying Experience Our purchase of a new 2018 Hyundai Sonata was a pleasant experience. C.J. worked with us to be sure we had all our questions answered and we were full Our purchase of a new 2018 Hyundai Sonata was a pleasant experience. C.J. worked with us to be sure we had all our questions answered and we were fully informed about all the features and options. Because it was raining, he had all the cars of interest to us brought in under the roofed area. He was energetic and helpful throughout. The checkout with the financial staff also went smoothly. At no point did we feel we were being pressured or "upsold" (sold extras we did not need). Also, we felt that the prices being charged were reasonable. This eliminated the need for an unpleasant negotiation. We have one minor complaint. Although Antwerpen is listed on the web as a dealership that supports the Chesapeake Bay license plates, we were told by the Finance person that all we could do is receive the regular plates in the mail and then take them in person to the MVA to request Chesapeake Bay plates. At Carmax, they issue the plates and can provide Chesapeake Bay plates on the spot! Antwerpen needs to be more helpful on this. Why couldn't we at least order the plates we wanted? More

Great service Cayd was very helpful. When he discovered that the bulb was more expensive than what he was told at the beginning (and the price he had given us), he Cayd was very helpful.
