Best Hyundai Dealership in the DMV :) This is a beautiful dealership. The entire experience from start to finish was terrific. In fact the Service Advisor seemed busy so Shawn K the Service Director actually helped out.. He even went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of and that their were no issues. If that weren't enough, this dealer actually bought a Car Wash down the street, t so now you get a voucher for a Free professional car wash with service. Too me this is above and beyond. It's such a drastically different experience than I had at my previous dealership, who blamed me for a problem they caused (but I digress because this isn't about THAT dealership :)). It's nice to see that the director gets out of the office and makes sure everything is going well.. (and if it isn't, I'm sure he'd take care of any issues that might make a customer unhappy as he truly does care about the employees and the customers alike. He is by far the best Service Director I've dealt with at any dealership I've ever done business with. More

Charles was an excellent salesman and helped me decide on the best car for me. I never felt pressured. He was a pleasure to deal with. The entire buying process was quick and efficient. Only one tiny area for improvement - the car could have been "cleaner". It was cleaned right before I left and I brought it back the next day to have it cleaned again and then I still had to clean it myself. The windows had some kind of a film on them. No big deal but it would have been nice if I didn't have to clean my new car. I would highly recommend your dealership and Charles to anyone in the market for a new SUV. Thank you. More
